The place is nice peace and quiet and safe at all times.My problem has to be with the tags that we use to enter in and out..lately the tags dont work or some they struggle to open and thats tiring at all times.I feel like the technology is outdated right now.Why cant we have biometric access, because thats the latest technology that is used by many apartment buildings. The complex is left behind when coming to technologyCan we atleast have biometric access, so that it can be easier for us to enter and exit the building.Since this year my tag has been giving me problems and not just me but also other tenants as well. I bought the 1st tag and only lasted for a month if not weeks, I had to get a new one which I did in march we are now in July the second tag that I have its not working and now i have to buy a new one which will be the third tag.How many tags am I going to buy before the end of the year?Management all I am asking for is biometric access because, these tags are just a waste of time they are working for sometime then, all of a sudden they are dead. We spend a lot of money paying for the apartments, then again having to buy a tag this is too much.Kindly do something about the system Management.

Maybe in the start everything will look its out most best in living in the place you pick until you receive your bill for water and lights...... I mean its crazy and I am shocked by everything..... In my first month of living here I had paid a bill of R1500 and then my second month was double the amount I paid the first time and the 3rd time even more..... I had spoken to the management of the Oval and they have failed to help me out in every way possible and the landlord of the unit that I am currently renting in listened to what I have been having a issue with but didnt make the issue and problem go away but only had added a bigger problem in my life...... They had added a prepaid system for electricity which is run by impact meters and the every single week I have to purchase R500 of power and they give me way less of units each time I purchase for power...... I dont recommend anyone else to stay here you will simply be using more money than saving money.... Management in this place sucks.
