Nice apartments, very quiet. There are no washing lines to hang your laundry though.

Very quite clean luxious complex but security not top shelf. If you looking for a place that is not far from the two major cities PTA & JHB it is the place just close to the main highways. Still a brand new complex with the needed pecks. But I repeat security not top shape.

My cousins stay here, its a good place. Very very nice, love it!!!

The units are beautiful however there plumbing system is horrible with sewage often in the parking lot, also no place to hang laundry

The flat i visited on the 5th floor looked great. Very good quality workmanship. Would love to live there.

Stylish and modern look, with comfortable distance from most amenities. Be careful of the agency you use though, as maintenance could be an issue and communication sometimes lacking when its necessary. Security average, with regular maintenance issues. Visitor parking facilities limited and very narrow.

Utter garbage. There is a PEST INFESTATION, which makes the units UNINHABITABLE. Do not move here, you will regret it. Not sure why other people have positive reviews of this place - perhaps they are happy living with pests - if you arent happy with that, then do not move here - I repeat do not move here. HEALTH HAZARD, FILTHY!

A beautiful complex, clean and well secured

Pathetic Security. When you are phoned due to someone being at the gate, the audio quality is horrendous and it is impossible to identify the visitor. The exit gate has also been broken for the last month, and people are entering and exiting through it ungoverned.

Stylish and modern but small for my liking

The apartments are comfortable and rooms are of decent size, modern look and has space for 3 under counter appliances which is why Im giving it a one star rating.Security at the complex is absolutely useless, how does a car get stolen from a secure gated complex with electric fencing and tag access control that you pay a pretty penny for???? Due to poor security maintenance the exit gate to this day is still able to be put on manual by anyone, which is evidently how the car was stolen WITHIN VIEW OF THE CAMERAS AND THE GUARD HOUSE THE GUARDS WERE SITTING IN.So park at your own risk inside a secure complex?Apartment maintenance and installations are poorly done, the apartment does not come with preinstalled fittings, this is at additional cost to you, if you at all think of using a towel or TP(toilet paper), if you are renting and am in luck the owner will provide VERY CHEAP fittings in your Luxury Apartment.Plumbing in the complex is horrendous, WEEKLY pipe leaks running down to the parking lot dripping urine, feces and TP onto residents cars parked in their ALLOCATED parking, when eventually it gets repaired(ONLY DURING WEEK DAYS) they leave the urine and feces soaked TP to dry out on the pavement that you as a resident have to hop, skip, and jump over to get to your car not to mention the smell and hygiene implications.Communication between management group and the resident is non existent, simple requests like updating contact information or car registration, or to call the correct apartment number when receiving deliveries have gone unanswered and is a major inconvenience, not to mention the residents of the apartment are not kept in the loop of any activity/changes/updates to the complex whatsoever.This brings me to the price, year on year 10% flat rate rent increase is ridiculous for what you get in return considering you could easily afford a house nearby after renting here for only 2 years, NO GARAGE, VIRTUALLY NO SECURITY, POOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE, POOR COMMUNICATION, OVER PRICED.
