PPS insures professionals, offering lower premiums because professionals are a low-risk group.If they continue sluicing money into ego-projects such as this architectural catastrophe, one wonders for how long said premiums will stay low?I wonder which Master of the Built Environment decided that vertical rusty brise-soléil looks at all good? It doesnt. It looks tatty and every time I see it I wish that it would be stolen, thereby improving the buildings appearance no end.As for the tenants in this hall of wonders, unless I absolutely have to go and see PPS, Ill stay out. Nothing else here that you cant find in almost any Centurion strip mall.Stop wasting your clients money, PPS.

Although a very modern Office block it has a beatiful coffee shop on the ground floor. Apparently it has 1 type of Craft Beer On Tap. Will have to verify the last statement soon.
