We visited Optique, very friendly staff abd a thorough eye test conducted like nothing beforeAlso visited Kryolin. Also friendly and helpful staff and the store very neat.

Totally enjoy visiting this shopping centre... Second visit and great place to dine and shop. Just about everything you need in one place. Its always clean and quiet and secure. From Checkers, Woolies, Clicks to KFC, Spur, Ocean Basket, a Liquor store and everything else.

The staff is friendly and it has the best medical centre too.

In general, a great place to shop. The circle when entering the centre can cause confusion if drivers were in the wrong lane before turning in. A big pothole on the road to the left keeps getting bigger.

Been shopping here the past 5 years if not more and have not had a bad experience yet, touch wood.The checkers is well stocked, the food section has a good variety of foods and the make some of the best hot chicken strips. They are juicy and well spiced, cant say the same for other checkers stores.The Woolwoths store is well stocked for a fairly small stores but its food only store.The have one of the best KFC around, always well spiced, well cooked and no burnt flavor. I actually dont buy any other KFC other Grey Owl KFC.The stores do get a bit busy though and you must be patient, they are busy for a good reason hence i still shop there but stay 40Km away from there.

Lovely where you can get everything you want in one stop

I visited the Checkers. It is good sized store and stocks a wide range of supermarket products. The fruit and vegetable section is good. There is adequate parking, and a number of other stores like WestPack Express, Clicks and Woolworths.

The food in shops is very fresh.

I was very disappointed with the state of the public toilets at Grey Owl Village Shopping Centre.We need to pay R2.00 in order to gain access to the toilets, which is fine.However, every single stall in the womens toilets was dirty; the toilet seats were all skew; the toilet bowls had obvious dirt and grime in them; the toilets dont flush and many of the taps in the basins dont work.The toilet for the handicapped is not much better - there is no door handle or lock, the toilet is also dirty and there is no water in the taps in the basins.It is such a disappointing experience for a shopping center that is otherwise so beautiful and clean.

How do one claim for this due to bad maintenance and poor signage?

Parking is a bit awkward in design and security not the best. Overall a great center with almost one stop shopping

I work near this place, its not such a big center for shopping but convenient indeed. They have clicks, Woolworths, spur, checkers, a shop for liquor and etc... Near by the place is also Mac D, a few taxis ranks with taxis going to Jozi, Pta, Thembisa, Oliven, Centurion and etc...

A really nice little mall with a large Checkers and Woolies Foods. Lots of smaller restaurants and other shops which are very useful.The Centre would be awesome if it wasnt plaqued by constant crime. Regular robberies of motorists or patrons in the area make it a place to avoid at night specifically.

It looks pretty good from the outside and the few retail outlets we visited were as good as expected .... BUT you have to pay to use the amenities and they are really sub standard - not in line with what is expected of a modern shopping mall

Lovely fresh produce and roasted chicken and pies.

This place is hardly packed with people, so social distancing is doable. The staff in the stores at the center is friendly and eager to serve customers. They generally adhere to Covid regulations, (face mask, sanitizers the works). The place is generally safe with security and car guards present the whole time.

Went to the Woolworths, Checkers and Clicks. Clicks has I Faulty airtime machines yet great service. Woolworth is a could have more fruits and Vegetables over the weekends

Quick service...even though its a little packed

The shopping center is quite intimate with a few shops and a a number of boutiques. The main retail stores are actually there but relatively small in comparison to the norm in other centers of this size. The is plenty of open space parking which in some areas is a little disappointing as there is not enough room to manouver from the parking into the street. These parking spots are so ose to the Stop sign making driving in and out of the parking a bit of a nightmare.

Went for lovely 66 birthday celebration and get to car and just broke in 2 min before we walked out and GUARDS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND..... My Son had to chase the perpretrator and catch them himself - what a trqumatic experience to a supposably lovely evening. GREY OWL - GET RID OF THE USELESS GUARDS THERE AND BIDVEST SECURITY! They useless.
