We used Plug and Play for their corporate sterilization solution against COVID-19. After calling them, and explaining our situation, their team arrived within 2 hours. The team was very professional, explained in detail on what the process moving forward would be and 45 min later, the property was sterilized and ready to accept occupants. We received exceptional service from them and I highly recommend using Plug and Play. In future I will look for any excuse to use one of their services.

Faulty product installed, when we had a theft in store and needed to review camera footage it was not working. Plug and Play had to replace the product that was under warranty with them however legally forced us to pay call out fee of R1500, even though the product they supplied us was faulty. We were told the product was under warranty and not informed we were liable for such a high call out fee. We were threatened legally so had to pay but extremely unhappy with their after care service.
