You phone for a job to be done. The gentleman said he will get back to you within 30 minutes. After more than a houre you phone again. Again you are told that he will get back to you within 15 minutes. After one houre and twenty minutes you phone again and you get told that the person that will do the work is nearby and he will be contacted. You will receive a call within one minute. Again after more than a hour you call but by now the company closed and there is no answer. This is not the type of customer service that will see a company grow. This is pathetic.
