New Vision Security System is inadequate leading to complain of the poor service I received from your company. This practice would like informing you about the lack of communication, maintenance and guarantee as stipulated on the quotation from the company.I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard - this practice was referred to by another client. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this complaint on Google Reviews.Such behaviour not only claims the rights of consumers, but also basic ethical and moral standards as well. This attitude discredits Ruddi Lombard and Bennie Lombard the owners of New Vision Security in the eyes of buyers and is unacceptable.Once the Security System was installed and received payment. The practice contacted both of them numerous times in order to come and fix the audio, date and time for the system. I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances.My impression of New Vision Security has been tarnished and now I am concerned how your business is being managed.
