Is very clean and they adhere to Covid 19 regulations. The food is great had the best Chilli omelette. The staff is very friendly.

This time round they had the tomato & basil scone which was delicious. They had croissants and their cheesecake are one of those which dance on your tongue. Delicious.Waiter service was good not exceptional because there was a while where she wasnt visible at all when we needed her.

Received horrible service at Centurion Mall Woolworths. I was asked to leave the queue of the food section and head to the clothing till as I only have 2 items. The cashier rudely refused to give me a bag since I wasnt buying clothes. By the time my checkout was complete, the queue at the food section was already empty. Would not recommend this Woolworths if you expect good customer service.

Some amazing coffees like the white cholcoate mocha and also one with vanilla and cinnamon. Caramel hot cholcoate is always a winner if you are not a coffee fan.

Most amazing coffee! And if you are lucky enough to stumble across the harvest table definitely give it a try.

For a middle size store it had almost everything even though in small quantities. The only problem l bought a few items for just over R100 and was expected to buy a bag of R44 otherwise use a big trolley to carry my few items out of the store.

My most recent visit was disappointing.The bacon in the proper breakfast tasted porky instead of tasting like cured bacon, and the tomatoes werent roasted properly, still half raw.The Gourmet Hotdog is nothing more than a R5 bun, a R10 sausage and some relish. It was very messy. Not worth the R85 charged. Rather go to Hotdog Cafe/Sausage saloon.The menu is rather limited, but I guess they dont have a full restaurant kitchen.

My daughter and I visited the WCafe today 6 February 2021. The service we received was shocking 😥 it was nothing like the service one receives at Woolworths at large. We arrive at the cafe entrance and all three waiters were facing down looking at something none of them was ready to receive a customer which was dissappointing. We were given a clipboard to write down our names and were directed to thewe sat there for a good 20 minutes without being attended and we eventually waved for the waiter to notice us and the waiter decided to clean or pack plates instead and unfortunately we had to leave and settle for mugg & bean table table.We

It was my first time experiencing bad service at Woolworths centurion mall. Your staff “Mpho” cashier was f.&k rude. She was working at the men’s department tellers. I wish I called the manager but I was not really in the mood to deal with slothful, cheeky and disrespectful staff. Put her into order.

The service was very bad, our waitress took forever to take our order, then made a mistake with order, we waited again for a cup Pacino and latte, I had to go ask what happened to our order. She eventually brought the drinks and forgot I had ordered a carrot muffin, had to wait again. The cafe wasnt even busy, waiters all seemed to be on a go slow. This was at Centurion mall on Friday 18th December at about 3pm. Very poor,nice apology given.

Pathetic service at the Woolworths Cafe. In actual fact NO service. I waited to be seated while 3 waiters were chatting until one of them looked up and told me to take a seat and once seated waited again. The guy next to me finished and paid for his meal and I was still waiting for someone to take my order. I asked to see the manager who was busy behind the counter. I Expressed my disappointment in the lack of service. No apology was forthcoming. You wont be seeing me again thank you.

Terrible customer care and service. My wife was on crutches and walked around the store for the good part of an hour. Not one staff member offered to assist and when she got to the change room to try on the items she struggled to find. She was pushed aside by 3 employees who were in a rush to leave and told that the change rooms are closed we have to either pay for the items or leave. I will never support them again

The the coffee is the best thing. The barista know their trade. Also ordered a hot chocolate and let me just say, was the best have had so far. The sandwiches are the awesome too.

The cake and coffee at Woolworthe café is very good. The menu, however, is very limited and there is not a great variety on offer. The food can also best be described as mediocre. The service varies, sometimes you have to wait quite a long time for your order to arrive. At least the waiters are friendly.

Just want to know why there are no plastic bags in store and without a notice.

Fitting rooms are disgusting. Not been cleaned for years. How can you hold up a mission and values if your own house is not clean.

I am not impressed. My waitor, Reinet or whatever her name was, walked around with this pathetic attitude. If she is friendly to other customers, why wasnt she friendly to me? I even over tipped her and she still had this nasty attitude when I spoke to her. She was honestly useless at helping and it took me 30 minutes to get a bill. I will be Hello Petering this and I will be calling the manager. I am absolutely disgusted. This isnt acceptable.

The food is great. But for the umphteen time I am concidering to get up and walk out. Maybe if I walk out and do not pay, they will start to attend to customers and stop standing at the till with their backs to the clients. Chatting away with each other not having a 2nd thought of their (paying) clients needs.The staff is just simply unattentive to their customers and could not be bothered less by clients trying to get their attention.The food, ready to be served, are left waiting in the serving bay for ages before the waiters fetch it and serve it to waiting clients and then to get their attention again to get the bill. Lets not even go there.I am a very regular client and this remains a problem time and again. It is not acceptable any more.It is really unpleasant to have to struggle like this almist every 2nd day.
