What a pleasure to deal with an efficient service provider whos frame of reference is one of trust as opposed to mistrust.

After having a super negative experience at the printer across the street (I wont name them but they have a mythical creature as a mascot), the guys here came to the rescue. They were able to print what I needed in a flash, it came out beautiful, and they were so friendly and helpful!

Client Service??? What Client Service? There is no client service to speak of. Arrogance, slow feedback and no respect for their clients. Will never use them again and also will spread the word as far as I can.

The people there are very polite and their prices are reasonable.

The WORST SERVICE I’ve ever experienced (they dont even deserve one star but thats the lowest rating option available). I actually FEARED FOR MY SAFETY when the person who was attending to me started screaming at me when I told him that I was not happy with the service they were giving me (earlier when I walked in the store no one bothered to attend to me or even say “we’ll be with you”). He then went on to say I have a bad attitude and no respect. When I confronted him about his tone he got louder and louder and even when I was leaving the store he was still screaming.
