They just dont answer their phones. Please please please can someone give them training on how to answer a phone. You would contribute to society. I think it would just be best to close down this post office. I dont understand how a place can get so many bad reviews and absolutely nothing gets done about it ? Many thanks for not ever answering your phones. Keep up the HARD work. PS its not a one star ITS ZERO !!!!

If I could rate them a zero I would. Theyve got a bad attitude and the worst service ever. They should consider hiring new staff members who can actually do their jobs well

Generally good and fast if you time your visit out of peaks. Not a cheerful atmosphere nor friendly attitude, but staff are polite. I have had a few packages misplaced (only one accusation of me being the cause of their internal problem), but nothing permanently lost after investigation. The SMS collection notification system is random, thus its remains prudent to use third party tracking to guess at collection.

This little place should be called License Department Annexe going by the main activity performed here. When there are a lot of people doing licenses, you can forget about doing anything else.If you manage to get to the counter, they are able to sell Lotto tickets, send registered letters and arrange for Speed Services couriers(Note: a registered letter I sent from here had a sample stolen out. Most of the evidence points to the culprit being the recipient faking the theft to cover up a product quality problem)The postmistress here has an attitude problem which unfortunately has rubbed off on the other employees.

Worst service at the post office. Always long queues just to hear that they cant assist you. Systems are always offline and incompetent workers!!!! No customer service!!!!

Was at vehicle license renewal. Was sent home because I didnt have a proxy letter from my wife. I got it and went back. Another lady took out 4 licenses with no proxy letter. My letter was not looked at. The customer service is zero and the arrogance 10.

Was there to renew my vehicle license disk. Lady by the name of Mpumi Mafafo assisted me. Very friendly and fast. Well done!!!

Good service by the staff. My UNISA study material was posted to me four times via this SA post office branch and each time I went there to collect it the service was good.

I have been using this post office because of bad service from a post office closeby and this is a reflection of friendly outstanding service!!! Keep it up......

Firstly, Id like to know why they NEVER answer their phones? Secondly, it has come to my attention that my personal details are being displayed in the open on one of the windows - for everyone to see, my name & surname, cellnumber and ID NUMBER? No-one is answering their phones so I cant even sort it out, I dont even live in this area!! I live in CPT!!!

Always understaff and the que is 90% of the time going out the door. Its definately not a pleasure comimg here and with all the wish customers its even worse.

Uhmm Uhh . Well first impression is like walking back in to the 1960.what can I say. Slow unmotivated staff. Place needs a facelift and not anought parking.with all the problems at our post office what did I expect.

People working at this post office are terribly rude they look at you if they do not understand you take the money and documetns out of your hands with force. The white lady working at this postoffice is actually the worse.

I do not know I anyone is going to read this comment.This page is beautiful, but as useless and dysfunctional as the rest of the Post office which could not process my parcel from Canada, since Sept. 7.Not even this telephone number is correct/working, so you might as well remove this page. It is a waste of time to visit it.

Just phoned this branch for help - words cannot describe how RUDE the post office worker was, how unwilling she was to help and she doesnt listen to a word you say - why bother answering the phone. RIDICULOUS

You cant make card payments and have to draw cash from the ATM at the garage around the corner. The main reason people visit the outlet is renewals of drivers licenses. Not a pleasant experience at all. Drudgery personified.
