I arrived at the hospital at 8:50 p.m, Nurses were friendly and apologized for the long wait, they were caring and assured me that my daughter will be attended to. 10:45 Dr K Norkem attended to us but his attitude was bad from when he entered the room. He was condescending, like we wasted his time, didnt wear gloves or wash his hands when taking blood from my daughter, He told us that he has to wait for the test results and he was going to be back in 10 mins, 10 mins passed, we waited 25 more minutes, no courtesy, we ended up leaving without knowing the results as he was impatient. this was the worst service ever, i am actually pissed when tying this review!!!!
