Delicious burgers, nice thick patties, generous portion of chips although they were a tad bit on the cold side. Great fast food joint, cant wait for warmer weather to try the milkshakes too.

We bought food at the Menlyn branch and the food was really bad. We had to throw 75% of it away.

Placed 3 different orders on the Mr D app for 3 different items and all out of stock please tell me why is the restaurant even still open if you dont have food.

Most dishes werent available due to no stock. The food took longer than an hour to be prepared. The chips was amazing and definitely worth the wait but I was disappointed in the burger as it was bland and dry

Ordered chicken and beef nachos via UberEats. Absolutely delicious. It was very special when I asked for the guacamole to be included separately as I am allergic to avocado and they did exactly that. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend

The taste and flavor off the food is great. But the portion size is crazy small for the price we paid. R200 for only 2 small Burgers without any chips or drink. Please consider your prices for your portion size. Very expensive.

An absolute gem of a restaurant. A diamond in the rough!I discovered the Eldoraigne Boulevard complex a few months ago and decided to check out Burger Rack expecting it to be a quick take-away place - but boy was I pleasantly surprised.This restaurant is legit! The decor and the vibe is cozy and modern, the drink choices are good and the food is spectacular! I had the buffalo wings and my partner had the rack of ribs. Needless to say - AMAZING!Definitely a recommendation without a doubt. Do yourself a favor and check this place out, you wont be disappointed. (Plus they have a ribs special on Tuesdays)

Food was okay, good menu selection. Nice milkshakes too. Service was friendly but not very efficient. The cheese fries were great but the cheese topping which costs extra was definitely not up to standard. Pricing is competitive and definitely worth it overall though.

So after seeing all the pictures going around my girlfriend and I went here. Very excited we were on our way there. But when we got there we were slightly disappointed with the appearance of the place. It is also not situated in the best of places. We had burgers and milkshakes. The milkshake was the best Ive ever had. The presentation was amazing and the taste was out of this world. We had the candy one. The food was also very well presented but sadly not the best burger Ive had. I would go back for the milkshakes but not the burgers. Maybe Ill try the ribs or something else.

Branding makes this place seem wonderful. Design of ambiance is also wonderful. However, service was way below standard: Whilst it was not busy at all and with 3 waitering staff and 4 kitchen staff standing around, it took 25 minutes for a simple order of a burger and 2 fries. Additionally this order was skipped by another order for patrons that arrived after us. Management, you need to control your staff. They were clearly more interested to sit outside rather than help your customers.

The food from this restaurant is excellent.It only misses the five stars because if you intend on eating here you might find it uncomfortable during the evening rush hour.Delivery drivers are queuing, the staff, far from being rude, actually blatantly ignore you, and Im sorry to say the restaurant was dirty and noisy and we waited over an hour for the food.Stick to takeaways and you wont be disappointed. They have amazing beef ribs, and the whole menu is Halaal.

AVOID. Ordered from Mr. D. Burgers had nothing on them except the patty and the ribs were tougher than Chuck Norris. Rather go to Burger Bistro, they actually add the toppings.

The branding is that of the style of Roco mamas, the food though is very subpar. Burgers are edible however not sonething you would want to buy again, went back a second time for a steak roll and was even less impressed. The waiting time is also unbearable.
