Mochachos stores country wide are very consistent with their quality of service and food.This specific branch was quite pleasant with good service and store kept neat and tidy.

So disappointed tonight. I personally dont think Ill order from them ever again. I ordered 4 schwarmas for my family. It was extremely small. I did not expect such a small serving for almost R 72.00. I can get twice the size for that amount. Will rather support other places again. That is what I should have expected by trying a new place. My first time ordering from Mochachos and the disappointment is overwhelming. Ill stick with burger box for all future schwarma orders. Dont get me wrong, the food is delicious but do not order schwarmas from them is you want a proper portion.

There is this short boy working at the till, that boy scams customers, he returns short change and if you notice that your change is short he pretends like its a mistake. He has done it twice and I know he is doing the same to other customers as well because he knows most people dont count their change. Why is he taking advantage of customers? This is disgusting, so now every time I come buy food at Mochachos I have to count my change because this boy has a tendency of scamming customers? Its things like these that make restaurants loose customers.

Worst Mochachos Ive ever been to. Cold burgers sent back twice but apparently the manager thinks that burgers are meant to be served cold. Unfortunately one star is the lowest rating here, they deserve no stars

Dont buy there. Very disappointing. Chicken dry, overcooked and chips very dry. Never buy here, the things i liked were the buns only.

Average food and basically the same prices as KFC. Staff friendliness is 3/5. We choose to sit down and eat our meal and this was ruined by the fact that they were blowing up balloons with a little pump that makes one hell of a loud noise and they did it in the middle of the restaurant. Is that really the best place to do it? The food is average. They have a small children play area. Got charged R12 for a slice of cheese on my burger instead of the R7 as it states on the menu..Overall very disappointed experience.

Terrible service... Manager mixed up orders after confirming twice with me, whilst taking order and when issuing as a takeaway. I trusted the contents as he read rhe slip correctly. In arriving home... Found the wrong order. Called to no avail. After a hour i got through explaining the wrong order. Manager apologized and said he will deliver the right order. After giving my address, a call comes through after 1 and a half hour to say driver vehicle not working. Its now 8:45pm past our supper time and still no correct order. I am not prepared to drive back as its a distance. The order i have would have been ok if it was not extra hot.. So we couldnt enjoy that too.

Used to good food from Mochachos, but today was terrible. The chicken strips was tough and very dry, luckily it had a spicy oily sauce and the chips was just about not edible, so tough. I do not know how you can screw up chips.

I visited this restaurant around lunch time and it was busy but the service was efficient. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff helpful. I ordered the mild quesadilla - very tasty, not hot at all, not too spicy... I would go again.

They are unfortunately not following Covid19 rules, very disappointing to know that they did not sanitize a single table after the patrons had left. I stand watched as people left and tables were cleared and not sanitized. While new customers came in and sat at the same tables. This shop is next to Ocean basket and I could clearly see the waiters there sanitize after the customers has left. Very disappointed the owners should be held accountable for not enforcing this. No complaints about the food though

Did not receive the extra cheese slice and cheese sauce as requisted for delivery. Asked for lemon and herb chicken and received hot chicken. It is the first time we made use of their service. Never again!

Waited forever for our food, the burgers were soggy and fell apart.

The waitress there took Cutlery from tables where there customers & put them back In a cutlery tray,when I asked her she sanitized them & told me but the customers didnt use them

Best grilled chicken

They prioritize mr delivery and uber eats before us customers. All the take away meal I ordered was almost cold and the staff take very long to process my order, all I was seeing was uber eats and Mr delivery coming in and out so smoothly while on the other side I waited unacceptably long for my own food which was almost cold already. I didnt enjoy their service, it sucks, thank you.

Glad it has reopened. Love Mochachos flavour. This particular branch keeps their chicken tender and moist, not dry. The fries are addictive. Oh the rolls are fresh and fluffy.

The food was burnt and the service was poor. We had to wait 45mins before a waiter came to serve our table and ask for our order.

Service was excellent and the food was delicious! The staff were all friendly and it was an all around lovely experience!

Dear Mochachos management. My compliments to you for your lack in intelligence. Please explain to me how you refuse to send an order I placed though Uber Eats but rather insist that the customer must come and collect the order themselves. On to of that, the Uber Eats driver shows you the order done through Uber Eats as DELIVERY and you still refuse. Then, when I am about to pull into the Mall parking, you suddenly decide to release the order. Well done. You deserve 0 star rating. I know Im just one person, but you will NEVER get my business again. Pathetic.

The worst dining experience of my life. We decided to pop by while doing some shopping for a late afternoon meal on Saturday 14/09/2019. We placed our order at 14:40 and received our food at 15:35.The food was cold by the time we received it as it seems they forgot about our order and it was laying on the counter top the whole time. The manager on shift Douglas did little to help when I approached him for his assistance.The waiters were terrible and confused and you have to wait at least 15 minutes for your table to be cleaned. The cherry on top was when we sent our food back to be warmed it seems they forgot to warm it and brought it back cold again.Im certainly put off from eating here again.

Uber eats: Ordered hot but they put dynamite flavor instead. Food was inedible. How hard is it to get an order right when it’s on the app?Also asked for cutlery and napkins on the app. Nothing arrived.

2nd time within the last few days that my order has been messed up by the same woman (thin/short) who served me on both occasions. Really not on!This evening, the one item was forgotten and had to be added. I get home only to find that the steak Sharma is full of MAYO when I distinctly said MEDIUM!I wont be returning so you wont have opportunity to mess up my next order!

Probably the most delicious schwarma ever! Sadly, for a Mexican restaurant they dont plan for avocado going out of season and thats bad news if you like your guacamole.The staff generally have a good attitude, though.

Very unsatisfying, i always ask and get lots/extras spice on chips, the guy who assisted said he is not allowed to anymore. I asked for mayonnaise as always with my chicken strips and chips GOT SOUR CREAM OR SOMETHING, not mayonnaise. The chicken strips had a very unusual strange taste. Was not the same. Will definitely never go back there and spread the work since i am working for a very large company near Mochachos who buys allot. Very disappointed.

I never had a bad experience with this branch until today...I ordered 2 José Kiddies meals (chicken burgers with chips juice and toy), a chicken burger combo and the biggest chips portion extra for takeaways. I get home to find no extra chips portion and no toys with Kiddies meals.To drive all the way back for chips and cheap toys is definately not worth it. Plus they kept my slip when I collected.Worst of all I bought the chocolate brownie after placing my order, then when I wanted to put it in the sealed brown bag with the rest of my order they offered me another bag... Otherwise I wouldve been able to check my order was missing a few things.
