Good deals, good tech, just wish the salesmen working there had a bit more expertise in what theyre selling. Bought a cable as it was sold to me as the best available option for sound clarity with my appliances but in the end it was at the same level of quality as the cable I already had in place. The other purchases I made here were great and of good quality but I did my research beforehand and made my decision without their expertise and given my experience I would advise anyone to first conduct some research before buying something.

Bought headphones at level 3 lockdown (covid19), after using the product a little while (about 3 days) I noticed that I was not happy with the quality that came with a massive price tag, and wanted to return them. However, from the date of purchase, the manager decided to put in place a no return policy on headphones (which by the way was not there when I bought the product). They now outright refuse to refund.

Great customer service from Johan Coetzee. I wanted a 4k Blu-ray player with specific features. The one that I bought and I thought had the features, did not. Johan tried to source one for me, but unfortunately none of the specific models are being imported. My money was refunded without any issues. Thanks for going the extra mile!

Good service, over priced on a big scale, rather buy online or other places like game.. I couldve saved 50% if I bought on takealot or game for even better accessories.

Cool place to go to service is terrible though, i bought a set of Yamaha bookshelves and the one is faulty and they cant replace it the speakers are not even a month old i would expect better service for a product that costs a arm and a leg i would not recommend this place to any one who wants to spend a fortune and get no service afterwards.
