No refunds offered, even for sealed unused products. Staff were rude about it too. The checkout experience was terrible, takes forever to pay, and why must I leave my details when paying cash? Security also makes you feel like a criminal even though he sees you paid for your goods right next to him. Never returning.

I just want to thank Dwayne for going out of his way to assist me with fixing my boys electric bike there and then in the store! Customer service is great as I stood there for an hour watching customers come in and each one welcomed at the door with assistance offered! We dont have many good customer service in SA but this was an eye opener to know there is still some stores left who goes out of their way to help!! 🙏🙏👏👏

What a horrible experience, I bought 2 items and took them an hour to sort it out. First the system was offline then it was slow, it went all wrong from start to finish.

They definitely have all the kot we need. I am concerned with their obsession to make people sign for stuff, using pens that everyone else use and no offer to clean or sanitize. There is no need or reason for me to touch stuff. The landlord recently decided to install boom gates- presumably for people to start paying for parking. Today I waited 4 cars to get in and 15 cars to get out!

Failing to see bigger picture. My company regularly purchases material value R1000s. Tried to return 1 item, value R40, refused notwithstanding the fact that i had R700 goods in my basket on the day. Discussed with floor manager. He refused exchange dispite the potential sale for the day and future sales. Sorry, you have lost my company as a client.

Would have given 0 however Google has some positive energy. Supplied me with wrong product, refused to exchange it because their finance department is on leave for the next month. No I have to purchase it from another company just to ensure systems protected.

ACDC is well stocked with a huge range of lamps, lights, switches and various other electrical components to supply anybody from electrician to the diy guy. Very handy. We recently bought led fittings there as well as various items to build panels for cryogenic pump protection.

I ve no problem with their service so far, courtesy is free and goes a long way to get the attention required. As for checking items out and the register, these days there is so much shopliftng and security is required. It also helps should you return defective items for refund & replacement. Security tagging everything cost money and customers foot the bill, so accept it as the shops method to control & manage security. I know of many shops who use a similar system.
