Does not send good. Tells you they are out of stock (for products still advertised on the website) and will refund you, which they never do and then dont respond on emails or whatsapps. Do NOT use

I like purchasing with grabitall their service is excellent, they never disappoint or deliver goods that are not in good condition their items are always fully protected even if you ordered a tiny item it will arrive to you safely and protected. Keep up the good work.

I have still not received my order which was placed on the 19 July 2021. Their website says delivery is between 7-9 days. The whatsapp number on the website does not work, and there is no response to emails, the telephone number provided is a voice message which refers you to communicate via email or whatsapp. I believe this is a fraudulent company.

This site is not trustworthy. i placed an order in May 2021. they said they were waiting for stock. after 3 months i cancelled my order and they promised a refund. nothing!!! they closed my ticket and ran off.

I placed an order on 5th July 2021 and still have not received it. I have logged calls, used their WhatsApp group and tried to phone them to no avail, You can speak to no one and they do not get back to you. They are robbing people of their hard earned cash. The worst company I have dealt with!

I bought a new air fryer from Grabitall. On Wednesday night I found it was leaking. I went online to Grabitall.co.za and requested a replacement. The air fryer was collected first thing the next morning. And the following day they confirmed they had tested the air fryer and found it defective and were sending me a replacement. If I could give a zero rating I would. Order placed 9th April. Initially whatsapp responses had excuses that they were moving warehouses. Now its flat out ignoring even the mails unresponsive. 9th June requested a refund because clearly my goods will not be delivered. Still no feedback and still waiting.

Order placed in April 2021, in May 2021 was told they no longer have the goods and will refund my money. No response since then. Been following up but no response from them. This site is created to steal from people. I ordered something in the beginning of the month and still waiting. The is no communication whatsoever as to when the item will be received. They dont respond to whatsapp as per the number provided or on email. I am a victim of their scam

I suspect that this company is fraudulent. I have placed 2 orders, and received broken and incorrect products that is a lot cheaper than what I have ordered. I ordered an expensive baby seat, and got a cheap toddler chair instead. I have contacted them to arrange a replacement or refund, with no sufficient response. After doing research I have seen people have had similar problems and once they pick up your incorrect order after weeks you never get the correct product, they simply ignore you and disappear. THIS IS THEFT. To make it worse you cannot call them as I suspect they will not be able to handle all the customer complaints. The building that their company is registered to has a completely different business in it. ITS A SCAM, NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. Someone needs to do something. This is on direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act

Please dont order from this website. They are absolutely shocking when it comes to customer service. I am still waiting for a response where I requested the exchange of a product delivered to me incorrectly. All I want is what a paid for and they cant even deliver that.

Made use of the new site for the first time. Very easy to navigate, delivery was right on time. All in all a very positive experience. Would definitely make use of their services again.

They need to adopt a faster turn around time. It takes way too long for their stuff to be shipped. They say 10 days turn around which is more like 3 weeks, its ridiculous. Then the stuff comes in courier plastic packets, packaging of products are damaged from handling. If you send a query, dont hold your breath for a response

I would not advise anyone to buy from this site. They do not respond to emails unless you literally stalk them. They do not have a contact number to reach them, you literally deal with your frustrations on your own. They do not meet their promised delivery date and fail to provide you with a new delivery date. What a nightmare.

I ordered a knee pillow, end of November still waiting for delivery. The website when you order says 3-5 days delivery, after emailing them, they said 5-7days for delivery and promised delivery on Tuesday, which did not happened. This is so sad, as I am weary to order anything else, if they cant even deliver the first item I ordered.

Paid for an order on the 27th July. The beginning og August I was advise mu order was ready to be dispatched. After mailing them a few times I was told last week the courier company had an accident and my parcel is missing. I bought wireless earbuds from Grabitall. This was for a birthday gift, and was sent after the 3-5 days offered by Grabitall. These were given to the birthday girl and just to find that they are faulty. This was escalated to Grabitall and delivery and collection was arranged of the faulty unit and a replacement was promissed. Courier arrived collected the faulty item and there was NO replacement as promissed by Coburn!! Sending mails asking where the replacement item is has not been sent. The faulty item was collected 13 days ago and still not a single mail answered that I have sent regarding this issue.I would be very wary of this company and I am sure I will not see this replacement item as there has been NO response to my daily mails sent equesting some feedback on this

Worst Service ever!!! I purchased 2 soap dispensers separately and both were not working, and for the last month I have still not received a refund for the one, and no response to any of my mails. They collected the items but have not refunded me which in my eyes is fraud.

Grabitall does not communicate with the client... No response on tracking of parcel and now the product was delivered but its not working and Grabitall does not respond to have this sorted. Do not buy from them at all.. Waste of time
