Ordered face masks (elastic around the ears), received order (paid for delivery) with elastics around the head. Call and spoke to Monique, she was not helpful. Monique said they changed all the masks to around the head, i was never informed of the changed. Monique wanted me to go their place for the mask to be fixed. They are very unprofessional, did not deliver the goods that were ordered nor was she willing to correct the situation. Definitely do not recommend purchasing from this company
