I logged a complaint against Telkom with ICASA 3 weeks ago. I have additional information I wanted to share with ICASA about the case but it seems impossible to get ahold of them telephonically or via email. The reason I sought out ICASA was to timeously resolve my complaint as Telkom was not responding. Now ICASA is not responding!

A great place to work

I would give 0 starts if i could. No help from anyone whatsoever. Even the managers are unable to assist with providing an invoice. it has been almost 2 years!! useless

USELESS! I went through the correct procedures to complain against Telkom, sent them all the information they needed, filled in their form etc. Waited over a week to hear from them. Sent them a message asking if they got my email, as Telkom was threatening to cut my line. They finally came back to me, almost 3 weeks later saying This is beyond our services. Try someone else. THANKS ... FOR ... NOTHING ....

I work in the same complex. It closer to my place. Friendly security at the gate. They make getting into the complex hassle free. Great job

Today it is four (4) weeks since I emailed a complaint against Afrihost. I since emailed 3 times asking for feedback on my complaint. No word. Not even an acknowledgement of my complaint. I think it is despicable service. From Afrihost and now ICASA as well. But that is how it is going in the whole country.

With the assistance of Ongkarabile Mofokeng - my issue was resolved though not to full satisfactory but she had represented ICASA well by showing willingness to assist,Listening to both myself and Vodacom side of story to come to solution...the situation was tricky but she managed both of us well.Thank you Ongkarabile I have my number back!

ICASA please tell us if you are still issuing spectrum & or frequency for two way radio communication for Analogue, Digital & Simplex. And its 8 months later and we still await a response....

At the end I got what I wanted, but the institution seemed to be short staffed.
