Ordered this Pizza from Romans Northriding and saw this random short slice and I dont know what to think of it... Recycled pizza? Or just my imagination?

Was at Southgate mall and I got my order in time and the service was the best thank you Sammy keep up the good work

So my birthday being in lock down we though we treat my family to a couple pizzas for take aways. I was throughly impressed when the Romans Cresta Crossing made my order that much more special once I opened them up.They really deserve some recognition and appreciation.

I bought 2 large Wednesday morning in Southgate mall I must say the lady who helped me was rude.she was on a video call while saving me.I always get the best service from other cashiers and I certainly didnt expect that attitude from a superviser.

We moved to Benoni recently, we can literally walk to Romans Northmead so trying to support them. We have supported them possibly 5 or 6 times and everytime the exact same situation. The staff rush to take your money and no one cares to hand out the pizzas.I have each time complained as once we receive the pizza from the staff it is ice cold already. It is so bad that when they call numbers they call pre yours and up to 15 post your number.When you inform the staff that the pizza is cold they just laugh in your face and deny stalling handing out pizzas. If that is the case I challenge you to check their cameras 25th at approx 17-30pm our order number 134. You will see much later people arrive and order and they were called before us and then your staff deny this.Something needs to happen as many many customers complain for the very same thing and they feel nothing.Disgusting service not once not twice but everytime

While you cant buy Pizza here. As the head office of Romans Pizza its great. Amazing people and a great place to work.

I am a guest house owner and the group that I host at the moment wanted to have pizza for dinner on Sunday night (2020-02-23). I placed an order with the names and pizza order at the Showgate Romans Pizza. I was welcomed by the friendly staff and in no time my big order was placed and when I arrived at the time we discussed my order was ready and perfectly named etc. I just want to commend the team of Showgate Romans in Bloemfontein for their excellent and friendly service!!

I have experience the worse reception by the owner of Pretoria gardens pretoria romans when I only asked why the pizza pies are not marked. He were very rude. I asked him can they please display a poster indicating to the public how to identify them from each other. He said he wont. I WAS a huge fan of Romans after today. I was never treated this way. The sad thing is he is the owner ad he treat clients in such a way if they only ask. He will give the romans name obe big nock.

I went to buy the special 2 large pizzas and was told it is from 9-3 . The misleading advert states order before 3 . They turned my business away . I will never buy from you again !!!!

Why has the lunch special (Small pizza & coldrink) been removed from the menu?

Heidelberg Gauteng Romans Pizza apparently has a policy of not changing the base of the pizza if you order the special. If the pizza generally has a tomato base that is what you get and it doesnt matter that you tell them that youre ALLERGIC to tomato!!! Real pathetic got lovely tomato pizzas this afternoon. Went back to complain and the owner...well wasnt there and didnt even bother to contact me even after I left my details and the pizza.... they got paid for their pathetic service and Im left having to fork out money to go buy something else. Thank you Romans Pizza Heidelberg Gauteng great job!!!!

Not happy with Upington romans pizza 🍕 Im calling till Im blue in my face no answer...this is not the first time....I have been in the shop aswell and seen how they ignore the phones... This is really bad service...I guess Im going to make my own dinner to nite its only 19:28

Good afternoon, I am REALLY not impressed with Romans Pizza Bothasig, Western Cape. On the evening of 19th April I ordered a chicken pizza and my son bit down on a bone!!!!
