Lived here for 3 years, the place is not bad, but the admin people are horrible. Not once did I revieve this lease renewal R2000. If you want to experience pillar to post frustrations, live here.

The living unit itself is not too bad. The management of EPE however is a different story. Maintenance is extremely slow to respond (been 9 months still no replacement lift button for example), cleaning services are lazy (a repugnant refuse area with zero upkeep and enforcement, halways are dirty and the lift is disgusting), lighting runs through the day (which residents are charged for) and security is generally also slow and unsatisfactory. Issues with access to the complex is a recurring issue with fingerprints failing to work, visitor management system down often. In general not a great value for money and experience with the complex.Compliments however to the administrative staff who are very helpful and responsive to questions and getting you settled.@angelique, they are giving you wrong information. Lift still gross, button missing, fingerprint not working two weeks later.

POWER CUTS! POWER CUTS! POWER CUTS!Thats is what youll get here. Monthly power cuts lasting anywhere from 8 hours to 3 or 4 days. Ridiculous.This place tries to squeeze every single cent it can from you.Run run run.

This place is not worth the pennies spent monthly.It may look beautiful from the outside, but that is just a facade. You will cry about just about everything, from cable theft every second month or so, to exorbitant prepaid charges, being charged for water and electricity in common areas yet we are only renting, snakes all over the complex, and not enough ground staff (both security and cleaners). Dont even bother complaining because the agents dont care about your issues but rather tell you to leave if youre not happy.

Really great designed Modern and well layout. The gardens are on par. And the location is something to be envious about!.Its smack bam accessible from anywhere in Pretoria. Security is vigilant and strict regarding Covid-19 Regulations.This is truly a step in the right direction. And a perfect example of setting the bar.

I swear customer service and service provision in a graveyard is more productive than this place. Constant power cuts and unhelpful staff is a real problem and nobody can ever seem to help. I would honestly not rent here again.

Just shy of 4 years that we stayed at this complex. Amazing place, until our dream to own our own home came along. A special thank you to Michelle, Dawid and all the M-T team, who made sure our stay was nothing less than great. A lot of tenants that neglect, destroy and dirty the common areas almost every weekend. But Dawid, the caretaker, always shows up to do the job and help keep the place great. Michelle at M-T head office is always available to help too. Definitely worth the money, if you’re looking for security and a lock-up-and-go apartment.

MT development has graced us again with disrespect and uncaring customer experience.Except for never getting a reply when we voice our concerns privately or try and find better solutions. M&T would instead take away fundamental provided rights to their customers. Note that they’ll breach their contract and act if all is still lawful.Here is some of our experience with M&T over the past year and a half:Broken lifts and facilities that don’t get repairedWaste that is not collected for almost a monthPower outages for three days or moreTerrible managementAnd even though all of the above would have been manageable if we had a soundboard or some form of communication with management on what their processes or plans are.A quick note here that we had a caretaker “Wessel” who at least tried to provide some feedback. So, thank you for your contribution. Thus, we get to the latest of M&T’s advances to upset their users.Their email mailed to us attached.This is upsetting as we have signed contracts with M&T specifying provided services such as; Security, Water supply, Sewage collection and disposal, Refuse removal, Electricity and other.The gate also breaks every week and takes 4 months before they try and fix anything except if ‘stuff’ really hits the fan. They’ll potentially try and fix 20%-40% of the problem.Now rather than just fixing it, or getting a better system to work, they decided to do away with it and let people live in the rot.The more I think about it, the more I realise that people are unhappy because of the mindset M&T has instead of providing a service. Come on, guys! Wake up!So, if they’re not going to provide any services, I guess I’ll have to post my complaints on the provided websites of my experience and tag them in it.As this is our nature to talk the gods… Maybe they’ll read this or not… at least I tried my best to reach them and ask them this one simple question… How can you be better?

Don’t bother moving here if youre trying to save money for your future. The management Dont seem to care about their tenants. Maintenance issues take weeks to be attended. If you want peace of mind, and value for your money, I suggest you find and look somewhere else.

A very nice complex

Shoddy build quality, thin walls, noisy neighbors and environment. Not worth the rent.

I must say this is a nice place to stay but the management of this place is running it down. They over charge tenants for water and electricity, whether you use it or not you all pay an equal amount. There security is not existent, anyone comes in and out as they please, they do not attend to their tenants complaints, they have such bad attitutes and careless for their tenants, like 0%. We as tenants have tried everything to bring our unsatisfaction to their attention and for the past 3years nothing has worked, they simply do not care. I would never recommend for anyone to stay here.

We’ve been staying at M&T Eco Park East for almost two years. I must say that our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. It is a safe place where we could go for a jog or a run, even in the evenings after dark.The caretaker, Dawid Labuschagne, is extremely proactive and on-top of what is going on at Eco Park East. He always answers his phone, read a WhatsApp message or reply as soon as possible. Whatever the complaint or fault, Dawid will always make immediate work of it.Michelle Diniacos-Smith is working in the Administration department at M&T head office. She is really nice and literally willing to assist you at all times.I would recommend Eco Park East if you are looking to rent an affordable apartment, which is modern. The location is also great, it is close to almost everything Centurion has to offer.

Quiet and funa good place to clear your head

This is the worst place to stay in. Management only cares about the debit order and does not listen when you log Maintenance related issues. They don’t attend to emails and their plumbers won’t attend to you when you have emergencies... go stay somewhere you will receive better treatment.

This apartment building has decent finishings, rent is reasonable, the only security issue I have is that, anybody who is familiar to the security automatically gains access when they show up unannounced but there hasn’t been any theft in the building that I’ve heard off so I would say it’s a safe apartment building thus far.The and the ambiance isn’t too bad either.There is a car wash area, outdoor gym, a play area for children, braai area, swimming pool area. Entertaining area as a whole.Perfect for bachelors, newlyweds even. When you are starting off in life this is a great place to move into.To get repairs done takes ages due to poor management and drainage needs frequent maintenance which is slightly annoying.I would recommend it.

Once you sign they dont respond to queries. They use a terrible company for lights and water. They promise hot water but on some days you get warm water even though you pay extra.

Upmarket appartments in centurion. Excellent value for money

Do not live here! There are always issues.Either the water is off or the power is off for days on end! The metering company also scam you of your money. Thr ground managers never want to help and always want to do the bare minimum.

Standard reply from Ammiel is If you are so unhappy, why dont you move?Communication from MnT is a courtesy -Ammiel.3 bikes stolen in 18 months from the same tenant, MnT shrugs shoulders and denies any form of responsibility.Two breakins in Block B in roughly 2 months.Waterbills are exorbitant, usage is divided by the number of tenants, thus a single person pays as much for usage, as a family of five.Perpetual hotwater issues, despite being billed for Hotwater, and Hotwater availability.No enforcement of house rules.630 units, 1 overworked Caretaker, two security guards, on night and day shifts.MnT too stingy to employ more staff.Lift in Block B is out of order as much as twice a day.You have been warned. Stay away.

Clean urban residential place, rooms are big and the security is tight.

Great but expensive

Pretty on the outside...Power outages are worse than in Soweto with limited to no communication from the landlord as to when power will be restored. Staff is very adamant on creating rules but cannot uphold them themselves e.g. cleanliness and overall management of complaints and issues raised by tenants. They have a so called smart metering system (Remote Metering Solutions) which isnt really smart as it bills you for power even when there is load shedding...(Like Really). I have been staying here for about 3 years and still havent been given my spare key yet...So much for the money we pay. So yeah, come here experience the increasing roach infestation, the failing access control system the exorbitant utility charges for which you are given no explanation, the power outages, limited communication....etc....

There is no caretaker on duty on Sunday, some of their rules are ridiculous... Like you cant buy and move furniture on Sunday. Maintenance is never 💯 complete

Dont even think about moving in here. The management is incompetent and rude and thats putting it lightly. For starters have a look at how frequently they reply to any of these comments and that should give you an indication of how seriously they take their jobs.Its not worth the admin. If youre a productive or busy person this isnt the place to live, beyond the poor service they just really bad at what they do. I have no idea how these people got their jobs specially Michelle. If I could Id rate it a flat out zero and Im not even exaggerating, as certain as the sun will rise - so will you surely regret signing a lease at this place. What a waste!

Horrible place! Do not recommend... the management is terrible and the administration lady Michelle is rude and incompetent. They have no consideration for the tenants. Don’t be fooled by the advertising or perks, no such! The generators do not power the units only the corridors. Stay as far away as you possibly can from this place!

Pros:- Beautiful complex- Spacious kitchen and lounge- Affordable- Free WiFiCons:- Biometric system isnt working and when it works its intermittent.- The system to generate access code for visitors (or yourself) has been down for weeks so now you get stuck inside your block until someone who luckily has their fingerprint working opens up for you.- Water is always ice code in the mornings, we do not have control over the geyser.- Management / Facilities has no sense of urgency to resolve issues- Ridiculous rules like were varsity students e.g. only 4 visitors allowed per unit- And ALL the other bad reviews mentioned here

Im really dissapointed! Power outages every second month or so (for 3 - 6days), due to cable theft, I mean cable theft is a known issue in this complex, you cannot place a sweet at one spot where you know a child keeps coming back for it .. They keep replacing these cables the same way but yet no solution is done to keep the thieves away, unless if its an inside job! Electricity and water charges are unreasonable. EPE could be a really good place if it was managed properly. Management do not take their tenants issues and concerns seriously, they only care about MONEY. Dont even bother complaining because they dont care about your issues but rather tell you to leave if youre not happy.

Safe estate and complexes with multiple access points. Also has a good club house with a tennis court. Maple Complex is quiet and not so child friendly.

I went to visit a friend there, I could not be allowed in cause I did not have an ID /DL... security is serious at this place. Every time I come visit an entrance passcode must be generated... really too much admin 😥

With the new access rules its very difficult for a tenant to get visitors. And the rules of only allowing 2 visitors at a time makes it difficult for parents and siblings to visit the tenant. As for the clubhouse do not even try to book it for a function. They will only allow the people staying in the unit to use this. What is the use of a clubhouse then because the total of one person will have a function? You will no longer get any referrals from us and we will definitely think twice before renewing the contract

Its ok , security is tight to the point of being more annoying than making you feel safe. Also trafic is a nightmare, in and out is via the same boom gate. Mind boggling management.

Record breaking 5 days without electricity, Admin was sending different Tshwane reference numbers to residents only for us to find out that the Municpaility was not notified about the power outage at Eco Park East. Awful smells coming from shower drain to top it off. I wouldnt advise anyone to move here.

Worst place to live at, if youre looking for a place to rent move stay away from this one. We had no electricity since Sunday night and the only time I was left known of what was going was on Wednesday after making calls and send e-mails and the explanation was not good enough for me.

Getting service after signing the contract is a mission. No one attends to your request. Im struggling with hot water to my unit. Hot water is not readily available which is extremely frustrating. And I pay for the electricity every month on time.....

Elevators are out of order a lot, extremely inconvienent when you live on the higher floors, a lot of power outages too, sometimes for the entire weekend. The buildings can get extremely messy from time to time due to people spilling/messing something and not cleaning up after themselves. Kids playing around with the elevator as well which gets extremely annoying.
