Security guards, garbageman as well as caretaker often interfere in the private lives of residents.Pool is poorly maintained.Arbitrary by-laws applied favorably to certain residents, be wary of discrimination.

Good looking and quiet living residence. They have a key system for the pool which just causes so much admin. The braai area grass isnt well taken care of nor is the communal pool. Previous LandLord was very rude and argumentative.
