Mugg&Bean is a great pitstop while shopping at Centurion Mall. It has loads of outside space that is shaded. Overlooking some art installations and nearby shops.The service was good and the food was satisfying. Im giving it a 4 star review, just because Ive had better experiences at other Mugg&Beans. Comparing with its counterparts, it is a typical in-mall franchise with nothing extra to offer.Overall a goof experience with good service staff. And regular Mugg&Bean prices.

Food is OK but some tables outside need urgent attention. Cant be adjusted so that the table stands stil. Feets seem to be worn. 👎

Repeat visit, first following the facelift which was started shortly before Christmas, bad timing on their part but, assume it was not necessarily in their hands. Regardless, not finished with the outdoor area as yet.Indoors, big improvement, aesthetically pleasing, decor depicting coffee cups with coffee grounds, Brownies etc., very enticing.Furnishings are completely new, dark in colours, earthy colours which have coffee tones to them. New crockery as well, cast iron based, also gives the feeling of quality. Smart from a practicality perspective, do not break easily. Consist of black, whit and cream colours, again, easy on the eye. My daughter sums it up as modern and stylish, who am I to argue.Menu, also overhauled and plenty to offer for various diets and our likes. Kids pig out on the bottomless juices and blended cold drinks. A big plus.Service, hey, this is South Africa, some days excellent, others, leave a lot to be desired.Certainly worth a visit.Did I mention, their Americano’s and Espresso’s are about 3/5. Fair to good.

Had the thirst for a good coffee. The new shop is awesome and we had such a helpful waitress. The pastries looked great. The shop was really busy but the coffee was served very quickly.

I was very disappointed as I explained to the waiter that I do not want anything sweet with my meals, particularly the barbecue glazing that they use. I was informed that they will make it without that. To my surprise when the food was brought to me it had the same I requested not to be added. It put me off, I ate as I was very hungry and am diabetic. The chef came to my table and I could figure out that it was communicated to the chef, and the chef did his own thing. I have been avoiding M&B and thought I should try them out, I was disappointed. M&B Centurion mall.

Good food options and sufficient seating available. Also has a fairly large outdoor seating area if you dont want to be inside currently. This is a huge plus. There is a great variety of coffee options available, as well as food and snack options to pair with. There arent a lot of vegetarian options, but enough to get buy if youre avoiding meat. Staff are also very friendly and efficient. The experience was great.

Its very seldom a restaurant goes down when it comes to quality, what people go to mug & bean for is the consistency, they finally mess that up, changed the menu from a very best in the market to the worst, spent over 35 minutes looking for something I always order and couldnt find it and finally left without eating at all. I wonder if the every consult and run these horrible changes by thier customers...

Mugg & Bean is always one of my favourite coffee shops. The one at Centurion Mall is situated nicely for me. Nice outdoor area especially on a warm day. And on a cold day there is a very nice 8nside area as well. Food is awesome and the staff is friendly!

Always a good choice, great coffee, nice portions but what is strange that no matter whay M & B you visit the service is slow especially the one in Jean Village, Centurion. Problem is they are too busy and running the M & B with a low staff compliment.

Had a Shared Butter Chicken burger here with my wife.4Pm Saturday afternoon.Asked the waiter to make sure there is no Black Pepper or White pepper added. He gladly complied and even offered to share the Burger in the kitchen and serve in seperate plates.(Dee picks)This Mugg & Bean has never had a problem with us sharing, no bad attitudes, just friendly and great.There is a nice tented area outside for sun protection.

Im extremely disappointed with their services. I ordered the yoghurt bowl from the breakfast section as take away and I had to wait more than 20min for it. I understand if its something from the grill it will take long but honestly there were yoghurt, honey, nuts, and fruits. Im pretty sure it doesnt take 20 min to throw a bit of yoghurt, honey and nuts into takeaway holders and dice up some fruits.After 15 minutes I asked the lady who I paid for my meal and she couldnt remember what I ordered. She was rude and unfriendly. It was not that busy to take that long and to even forget that you took an order from a person.I will NEVER return to this Mugg and Bean!!!

Still one of the best places to have an afternoon coffee or simply catch up with friends. Prices still good, the service can always be better. Still not happy about the Uber eats guy who come to collect food, poorly dressed and facemasks on the chin. I suppose this is a norm to many outlets.
