Absolutely yummy and beautiful food! A rustic place for family and friends to gather. Parking is limited but safe. Working from the coffee shop is also available with wifi and plugs for PCs. The staff are friendly and your food is made with love so sit back and relax it is well worth the wait!

Pleasant atmosphere with a tasty food. We had breakfast and opted for the Cheese Griller and Sonop Hopie breakfasts. The black Americano coffees were a bit weak at first but they changed those for us to double-shot black Americanos without a problem. The name is very unique - Affi pad af - which means off the beaten track or a road less travelled

Review of JNH Projects owned by Jaco Potgieter. Unprofessional and dishonest. Be aware and stay away! We are taking legal actions against Jaco. Facebook company page was deleted immediately after my honest review. Their website page and new JNH Projects instagram is not even open for reviews.JNH Projects owned by Jaco Potgieter was recommended to us as reliable contractor who is a little bit more expensive but does his work good. There was only “a little bit expensive” and NOTHING was done quality neither from 1st time nor from the second. Literally everything they did should be re-done. We pre-paid to Jaco more than 80% of full price for inside and outside house renovation, however, inside work was not finished and outside work was not started at the time Jaco and his team escaped. The matter is not just in poor workmanship but they damage everything you have, including their own work. They installed new windows and sliding doors but windows and doors were not sealed outside at all, some walls were cracked during installation with even some bricks missing (see photos). New sliding doors were covered with dry cement in all groves. They were not able to install handle and lock on one of the sliding doors for two months in three subsequent tries!!! Re-tiled floors were not only tiled skew (without level and equal spaces between tiles) the team damaged and chipped the tiles by moving ladder over it. New tiles were not covered during wall and door painting, so the team was cleaning the tiles from paint by sand paper! Walls and doors were painted over old bubbled paint and even on top of the stickers. There was no wall and door preparation before painting. All paint started pealing and cracking immediately. They painted walls on top of literally 0.5cm layer of building dust. After the 1st rain, wall ceilings showed 5cm gap between wall and ceilings in the place they supposed to fix it! Ceiling was diluted by water. They did patchy-patchy work instead of replacing 1 ceiling board. They put pressed wood skirting (instead of wood or tile) in kitchen area which absorbed water and was destroyed after the 1t floor cleaning. Rhinolited ceilings was with bumps and humps all over and under the newly installed lights. They washed their cement and paint in my kitchen stainless steel sink and put all their working tools on kitchen granite tops. They worked extremely dirty: the house looked as squatter camp with team using our toilets and not flushing; with hills of building garbage all around the place. All driveways and outside walls are covered with cement and paint as Jaco’s team was mixing everything just on top of paving. I lived on site with the team all March 2021 and Jaco was there only twice during 5-week period (regardless my complaints on work quality). Even when he was visiting our site, Jaco was finger-pointing to his sub-contractor, complaining on bad COVID times, poor cash flow and was asking for more money. Strangely enough, Jaco started new business of Affipadaf Coffee Shop during the course of our house renovation project. He even had courage to come to our house in chef uniform and asking for money when they had not completed work for already pre-paid 86% of full renovation amount. After we refused to pay until work is finished, Jaco and his team left the site without completing work as per the contract. Jaco said that he was closing JNH Projects business, however, he just closed company Facebook page with 2 negative reviews and opened instagram page still advertising his pathetic company. They advertise themselves as keeping your property in top condition but your property will look worse after their work. Forget about new materials and new technologies with them. See pictures of what you receive for R280,000 if you go with JNH Projects and Jaco Potgieter.We had to hire new contractor to fix what was done and complete what was not done by Jaco Potgieter and his JNH Projects.
