Pretty good store but didnt receive any assistance while showing and lack of good customer service

Staff not very helpfull. Not an exciting experience

H&M overall is great. This one just isnt that up to standard. Very nice and neat but you have to go search for the staff and then theres always a vibe like you are bothering them. But otherwise. The clothes are great. The shop is nice and clean and there is more than enough stock.

The service is excellent. The shop is well organized, appealing and welcoming. I found what I looked for.

My fiance and I found some great shirts for our engagement shoot, the staff was very helpful in finding more options for us.

Service is poor and security not very helpful, just standing with her hands in her pockets. (check your cctv) when asking for assistance 8stance. 1× till for 20+ customers... Will shop somewhere else now. Poor poor poor!!!!

Dont bother to return/exchange a gift without the proof of purchase. They wont assist you.

Walked around in the mens section for more than 15 minutes while there was no employees. I eventually just left.

I was going to write a long story, short is, there are no trolleys and the 2 staff members behind the pay point, have no manners!.

Had a quick peak @ there opening today. They had a great presenter and there was a crowd. I loved the spirit of the employees.will definately be back
