I usually love DMF and regularly visit the one at atturbery, I have never really cared about the bad costumer service as its a discount fashion store. However the experience I had at this store was so bad that I felt the need to review it. While walking in the store I stepped on a large pin used to tag clothing, it was laying on the floor in front of the till. The pin went through my shoe and peirced deeply into my toe, I pulled the pin out infront of the employer and gave it to her, with my blood on the pin. As I could feel the blood starting to flow in my shoe I asked if the store had any bandages or plasters. She said no with out any concern that a costumer just suffered an injury due too negligence infront of her. Then slowly processed my purchase and shoved the bag in my chest.

Very disappointed with DMF nothing appealing they have really deteriorate since after the lockdown
