I bought a dress on the 20th of October 2019 - the lady who was working in the store on this date was incredible. She knew what I wanted better than I did, she considered my budget and figure and she was polite and accommodating. I walked out of the boutique feeling confident and excited about my choice in dress. Thank you!

THE SERVICE WAS RUDE!!!!!!Can the store lady be given some sort of training please??Undermining customers, regardless of age/color/status is not appropriate. Giving the store 1 star is TOO MUCH!! The store only deserves half a star

The woman that owns this store is extremely rude to all her customers. Both times Ive gone there, I was greeted with a rude remark of some sort. Take it from me, take your money elsewhere.

Racist Day...So me and my friend, Melo, walk into this store Vanilla in Centurion Mall next to Woolworths, looking for a ball gown for her. This old white lady...sorry let me rephrase. The older Caucasian woman has the audacity to tell me wow so YOU PEOPLE wanna be blond now. I stood there dumbstruck. I couldnt even get a word out, I was so shocked! So my friend asks her, who is YOU PEOPLE? Then she tries to cover it up by asking me how I got my hair blond and saying it suits my complexion. I was so disgusted and still in shock to entertain her stupidity. My friend then pretends to look at the dresses, even though her initial impression comment/question automatically put us off from wanting to be in the store. She asks her what is she looking for exactly? Melo explains what shes looking for.She tells her the dresses you want are really expensive yeah. WHAT!?! so US PEOPLE are not allowed to be blond and also we must not have money and therefore cant afford to buy anything in the store. What are you trying to tell us? We walked out of the store just couldnt take the insults anymore. Perhaps next time she should greet with a hi, how are you, what can I help you with today?! -_______-Ps. In my opinion that one star is actually a lot...
