The place is ideally situated in a outside type food court. Place for kiddies to play and the noise doesnt distrub. Food was good. What I really liked was they employed a waiter with a disability. The guy is really attentive to our table. No need to look for him as he checked up regularly.

Ordered Einstein, skin was nice and crispy, but inside, dry and tasteless. We asked for the Manager, his response: must be something wrong with your taste buds and asked if he can taste, but then decided to order one to check later. We still had to pay full price for something that tasted like carton.

Relatively overpriced, and the food is nothing special. The service is alsk quite lacklustre and very slow. There is a good selection of beer, and the outside seating is quite pleasant, as long as you avoid sitting in the areas which are diectly in the sunlight.

Lovely restaurant with friendly staff. For beer lovers they also serve one of the best crafts beer.

Heard very good things about this place so decided to give it a go and it was well worth it! Our waiter, Alex, made us feel very welcome right from the start and delivered exceptionally good service! The food portions are big and although its a bit higher-priced comparatively-speaking, I found it well worth it. They have a good variety of beers on tap as well. Will definitely be back! PS: great to know that the establishment also supports the SA Guide Dogs Association!

This place has a very nice vibe and the waiters are very friendly and informative.The food was delicious, the portions are good and the cocktails were tasty. Our waiter helped me download the app to get discount on the cocktails we had and earn my first point. We went there for a family dinner, but I would definitely go there on a weekend night, it seems like it can be a nice place to hang out at.Unfortunately, the restaurant across from them had extremely loud live music, which was disruptive. We couldnt even hear the music our restaurant was playing. This did put a damper on the night, but other than that the night was great.Well heated, ventilated and comfortable seats.

Best chill out bar, grill, restaurant in Centurion. The food was amazing and delish. The drinks were chilled and refreshing but the service was very slow, the waiters were so busy running up and down, that they forgot to service us at the bar. At the end the waiters at the bar ended up helping us out. Anyway its a good chill out spot

Hogshead was truly an amazing experience. I went there with no expectations. The waiters where friendly and in a great mood. This already sets a great mood for the evening. Their craft beers where spot on and glasses where clean. The food menu is unique and yet very delicious. The wings and ribs have their own unique flavour making them different from all other pub and grills. The service was quick and the night was a night to remember. See you guys soon....

Awesome spot to go with your friends and have a beer. They have TVs all over the restaurant so you can catch the game and not miss a single thing. I built my own platter from their starters and it didnt dissapoint it was so much food and well worth the price.

Great spot. Parity, our waiter, gave the friendliest service Ive seen in a very long while. Good beer. Philly cheese steak was amazingly cheesy, but couldve been a bit more steaky. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Wonderful place with sports on TV, great atmosphere and great service. The waiters are really good. They also have security which makes for a very relaxing environment. Later on in the afternoon they put out heaters when the sun went down which makes it that much more comfortable if you are sitting outside. There is an outside section for familys and an inside section for over 18s. I had beers and my wife had wine for the day. I also had a Burger and my wife had the chicken livers, both were excellent but I really cant speak on anything else on the menu. We spent 5 brilliant hours there and will be back as its so close to where we stay.

From 26 March 2020 until 31 March 2021, nobody were allowed to redeem their Hogs Bucks. Yet Hogshead decided to expire your points if you did not use them. No extenstion of points nothing.Nice way to treat your loyal customers.You will not see me or my friends again!!!

A little disappointed that they had absolutely no pork avaliable today, especially since its Valentines Day. We were looking forward to the pulled pork options. The service was satisfactory but not incredible as our waiter was very forgetful. Nonetheless, the food we decided on was mouth-watering! Also, highly recommend the IPA Craft Beer & Pink Beer Shandy!

Delicious food (a bit pricey, but worth it), and great range of craft beer available. We struggled a bit with service, but the manager also helped with that. You can also charge your phone when theres loadshedding, which really helped.The Philly Cheese sandwich is delicious, and their burgers as well!

Overpriced and horrible service. Speed Point was nof working & waiter not attentive. Went here before the pandemic ( 3 times ) and it was perfect not received the same level service and experience as previous times I went since the pandemic.

Service was great... But its better to give a menu... Saying u need to scan for the menu and u dont have your phone with u is a bit of an inconvenience for us. Reason why we had a coke and left and had no lunch ..

This is a dont judge a book by its cover case. If I have to be honest, the presentation of the food is very bland, but the taste of the food itself is amazing. Best rump Ive had in years! And their Brisket is not far behind. Let us also not forget the cocktail happy hours, with an S.

When I got to Hogshead they were not very busy. The service was not bad and the waiter was very friendly and efficient. The prices of the food is also pretty reasonable. I was just disappointed with the fact that it is a smoke House with their own in-house smoker but yet two thirds of the menu does not have smoked something in. I wanted smoked bacon but could only get it as part of a burger or some meal.and not as an add on item. More than that the food was good. And it was a good all-round experience.
