Checkers Kosmosdal is one of the best Checkers in the Centurion area. The shelves are always fully stocked and is always neat and clean. I have been to many Checkers in Centurion and I must say I always find what I am looking for.If you are looking for a a good Checkers in Centurion I would highly recommend Checkers Kosmosdal, we always pop in on the way back from work and we are never disappointed. As Checkers go this one is one of the best I have been to.The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for all their customers

Dear Ursula As discussed with you 26/05, Please look into the pricing of fried chips sold at your Deli. Your price is R69.99 per kg which is ridiculous. Are you robbing your customers who frequently buy this product? It is priced more than fillet chicken which R59.99 per kg. This is a lunch time side item that is sold with chicken or fish, you need to look into the pricing of fried patatoe chips. This price is unfair!!!!! Regards Mr Gounder.

I bought a cooked full chicken on Sat, 21 Feb 21 for supper. It was half cooked, so pathetic. Ive lost trust.

I was at checkers to grab somthing to eat at around 16:00 on 29 august 2020.i then found a small burger and chicken thie.i payed with R100 then the cashier gave me a change of R57,10c .R50 was fake i realised when i buy water at the garage same day.when i track where i got it it was only at checkers whr i used my R100 cash.the cashier was a lady .i ddnt menage to go back as i was far.Please check your store footage i was wearing brown cap,brown jacked,blue jean nd brown buts.

I am a big fan of Checkers but this Checkers here is the worst, the staff is so rude from cashiers, deli staff and fresh food manger! If I have to go this shop I always have anxiety. Now Ive opted to use Grey Owl or Mall of Africa.

The shop has proven its commitment to improved service and customer experience by responding to complaints about poor service from some of the workers at the fishery and bakery. Overall, the shop has a very good selection of stock, having improved its fruit and vegetable offering immensely over the years.

Im so disappointed, I went to Checkers (Samrand) today to do grocery. l went at the back where they do bakery and wanted hotdog rolls, I didnt find anyone to help, I saw a woman at the back and I called and needed help, she asked if theres no one who can help except her(I think she was too busy to help out) , I looked around and didnt see any, I then told the lady that theres no one. I waited for her and she eventually came but after some time. She gave me the rolls but I didnt check because I trusted her. When I got home I found out that the rolls are very hard, the plastic bag was also opened (destroyed), i never thought that she can give me the old rolls or the destroyed ones. I had to throw away the rolls because they were very hard and also for my health s sake because the pastic rolls was also opened. Again I cant drive to checkers just to exchange the rolls. Some (most of them are nice, more especially the ones at the tills) stuff should learn to be patient with the customers, their ignorance and attitude are costing us a lot.

The worst. Trying out the Checkers Kosmosdal for the first time. I bought some groceries of which was a bag of potatos on special. Get 50% off. They charge me the half price and immediately another charge for the full price. They also have a special that if you buy one beef stock 4s, you get another one free. I paid for both full price. Why do they feel the need to cheat us?????I never had this problem with any other checkers.

Great for a quick shop. Ample free parking. Even some under cover parking. Friendly and helpful manager Shonisane sorted out my query with efficiency and patience, even over the busy festive period. There is also a Checkers Liquor store on site.

This centre is very poorly managed... toilets are shockingly dirty...staircase smells of pee, dirty surrounding! Most of the staff is friendly but management generally dont give good customer service.

Always a disappointment to shop at Checkers Kosmodal, especially their kitchen. i once bought their brekkie bun, consisting of an egg and bacon and the bacon was uncooked, that was disgusting. The food is always infested with flies, and the person assisting always waving the flies off. Their food is not fresh, i dont know how they prepare them. As im typing this, i have a plate of their fries/chips, smelling of meat, clearly they just fry everything in same oil. Ive decided to never buy food from this supermarket. Im highly disappointed because its the most convenient for me.

The shop itself is decent. They dont have a very welcoming vibe but so far the produce has not disappointed. The biltong shop on the strip is awesome though.

Amazing big store which is clean and very well stocked. The best part if that there are no car guards telling you where and how to park!

Ample parking, lifts. Do not park underground, lots of breaking in of cars happening. No security cameras to assist either.

Their perishables, especially fruits and vegetables, are rarely fresh. The eggs, in numerous occasions, were rotten. I buy from them because of convenience. I only buy vegetables for immediate use. Most staff are friendly, a bit of customer service etiquette is needed by some though.

Checkers Kosmosdal is spacious and has good rates, variety cheese and wines. I love their berries, they do stock variety.

Poor service, store is badly managed. They never have money for cash back or they just dont want. Only use it because its close to where I stay.

Worst shop ever. Stood more than 5 minutes at bakery with Checkers emoyees walking past and just ignoring customers. Eventually walked to the manager that also could not find the bakkery staff. A helper from the deli tried to help but gave up because she cod not work the machine codes!!!

Small convenience store. Not as big as usual

Well I bought airtime which was MTN and Vodacom in this shop, on my way out I realised the cashier only gave me the MTN airtime as I went back to approach her with the matter, she just checked her bin where she throws useless papers on and after not finding it she just told me she cant help me and that theres nothing I can do. To me this is bullshit service because I cant get my money back.

The daily shopping hours are FANTASTIC.

Clean, accessible, plenty of parking, wide selection of products, spacious isles. The staff are not great on people skills, but no worse than anywhere else.

It is accessible until 20:00 everyday.

Bad customer service by one of the cashiers at the money market counter. She doesnt use her common sense, how do you let other people stand in the queue waiting for someone who is on the phone without giving you all the info

Recently there is been a lot of incidents where customers have their phones stolen. Also while inside the shop there is no mobile network at all, one cannot even use their phone for FNB Pay at the till.
