Very unfriendly staff. Not willing to help. Losing sales because of zero client care. So sad :(

The most appauling customer service ever. This is not my first time shopping here but this time, I had a bad experience.I made the effort to speak to the agent and manager at the store. I Spent the longest time trying to get help. I had to queue twice for one service because of the incompetence of one of the till agent called bongani. I came to the shop to make an exchange, so I waited in the queue and when we got to the agent, I was asked to get something of the value of item am returing and return to the till.After 25mins I eventually found a product and went straight to the till but to my surprise I was asked to join the queue for the second time before I could get help.This is bad customer service.

Had a horrible experience, came here to do shopping for strollers, staff was so unhelpful. I actually wanted to buy a R7000 stroller but could not get their employees to help me and explain how the product works. They just lost a big sale due to incompetent staff
