I can definitely recommend MGS Auto, not only do they go the extra mile, they also provide top notch service with a smile. I always deal with Henry at reception who handles the bookings and he always makes sure to keep me up to date with what is being done to the car. Willie the mechanic who works on the car is an expert in his field!! I have had only great experiences at MGS Auto, especially because Im no expert and they always take the time to explain everything in detail. If your car needs some tender loving care be sure to take it to MGS Auto. They will go beyond your expectations!!

I was told that parts were delayed three times. After parts had not arrived, I said I was coming to get my car and no parts were to be fitted. They agreed to not fit parts and refund me my money. I said I would pay for the Inspection duty out of good faith.When I arrived to collect my car, all of a sudden the parts had arrived within half an hour and been fitted although I had said I didn’t want my car to be touched.I refused to pay due to our agreement over the phone. I asked for the old parts to be put back.The owner promptly arrived and said to keep the new parts and that I would be refunded in full. I am still waiting to be refunded. I have correspondence saying I would receive it and that their accounts department would process it but it’s been a month now, they are not responding to messages and I have not been paid.

Friendly service but I had to strip and reinstall all the covers as they all were loose and rubbing against my cooling fan. Fan got damaged in the process. Doesnt help you are friendly but cant do the job correctly.

MGS Auto definitely have some of the most skilled and thorough technicians around. I have an older second hand car, which I had myriads of issues with from the beginning. I have been seriously ripped off by other workshops, patching up smaller and less significant issues and charging me an arm and a leg each time. Just when I was about to give up and sell the thing for scrap (as I had been convinced with my limited theoretical knowledge of mechanical know-how that the car was at the end of its lifespan) MGS Auto quite literally came to my rescue.They towed the vehicle from Car Service City Hennopspark (where I would have been charged more than double what I paid MGS) to fix something that wasnt even genuinely the issue at hand. They performed a strip and quote (free of charge), diagnosed the problem and repaired the vehicle up to a standard I never would have even expected. In the process they also tolerated various questions and built up past frustrations from my side with patience and professionalism. They explained all the options to me including me in the entire process right up till the end. Thanks guys, may your business be abundantly blessed an prosper.
