My car would not start. We knew it wasnt a faulty battery. Took it in and tested to find it was fault terminals that connects to the battery. Was replaced and all is working perfectly.Service was very quick and professional.

They helped me with my alternator for my Lexus 1UZ FE V8 machine. They we friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

We took my sons car for repair, and when we collected it the windscreen was cracked, the wiper blades squicking because were swapped around, yet they denied to have touched them. The cover inside the car was loose, not restored as found. So the car had to be returned back for it to be finalized but I paid in full.

Fast professional service

I took my car in for an alternator fault. They overcharged me significantly, and each day the price went up with no communication from them during the day. The alarm stopped working and my bonnet wont close after getting it back. They just said it is something I can fix myself at home, after my car has been there for 3 days. Take your car somewhere else!

Delivered my car at 8h00, collected it at 16h30 - with no diagnoses, no feedback, nothing. I had to make three calls during the day to them to follow up after they told me they will call me after 11h00 with a possible diagnose and solution. Wasted a full day, unprofessional and unwilling to assist a woman. No, I will definetly not recommend them at all.When I called the Thursday to make an apointment before I submit a days leave, HiTech indicated that I DO NOT HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, but can bring my vehicle on Friday. If you are fully booked, why then allow me to bring in my vehicle and waste a days leave only to inform me at 15h30 that they did not touch my car at all as they are busy. I did not expect special treatment, I expected honesty and professionalism!

I called to find out if they were able to repair a mini starter and how much it would cost! I was told they can and it would be around R850, which I was happy with. I took it on friday the 17th of August and after call upon call I got various stories. One of them being, they dont have yhe brushes or the bushes, which I ended up supplying myself. Now Tuesday 21st August Im still waiting. I have always used them, but now they have just lost a customer and many references.
