Testing was good but communication not so good.

I am limited to words in my review. Yolande van der Westhuizen crossed my road in life in an awesome way. Imagine being able to hear only in black and white. Either nothing or having to put things to max volume to hear. Yolande and the rep from Starkey went beyond what i would have expected to fit me with 2 amazing hearing aids. The choice was vital. Do I go for small inside the ear or all the other options in and back of ear. They persisted and I am super glad of my choice in Audiologist and Brand. Having the ability to hear words and being able to be a part of a conversation is amazing. Look its a big investment, so you want the right thing rather leaving it in a drawer and knowing you have one but dont know how to, or not want to use it, which is idiotic to say the least as your ear actually fail further without them. So in short. Make a good choice, get the friendly and effective help from Yolande and let her open your ears to color and if you lucky very good quality color hearing.
