Heardat has changed my practice dynamics and the effectiveness of my service to patients in a profound way. While I am seeing patients there is another automated system running in the background that keeps me in touch with other patients in my database. Patients appreciate the communication received: birthday messages, reminders of appointment etc. Charl and his team are set on getting the details right. I love working with this hard working team that provides excellent customer support. 5 stars, indeed!

I weighed and weighed for a long time whether I should contact HEARDAT ... now Im very sorry I did not do it for a long time. The HEARDAT system makes such a big difference in my practice. I have much more contact, in a very easy and fast way, with my patients. I am able to store all notes for a patient in one place so that I can access the information at all times and places. I receive fast, good service from the HEARDAT team - they make an effort to help, to explain again or to change again. Without the support we would not have been able to. HEARDAT definitely contributes to my practice running smoothly and my patients being happy. I would recommend the system and the HEARDAT team to anyone! ... today I just regret that I have been wondering about HEARDAT for so long .... and have not joined before .... do not make the same mistake.

Heardat was one of the best things Covid brought! I started negotiating with Charl on Heardat in June. With the lockout time and beyond, the practice was very quiet, until Heardats text messages started running. People were reminded of their annual appointments, hearing aid services, and so on. Since then, I can not stay ahead. Despite Covid, it was probably one of my busiest years ever. The customers also love the reminders of their appointments, services, birthday messages and all the personal attention that the program offers. I highly recommend Heardat for any practice.
