If you are only a tenant the body corporate does not care about you and your complaints fall on deaf ears. Not a safe complex, none of the supposedly security measures like cameras are working. During lockdown there was a lot of incidents.The caretaker and grounds people barely do their job and it is a struggle to get them to pay attention to anything specific.

Very nice complex and well run by the body corporate. Here you will find nice apartments that are around 70 square meters in size and neat little gardens outside. Easy access to Hendrik Verwoed Rd and shops and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful living place for the ultimate RR.

Its piecefull,Clean and everyone is just on their own buzz. There are no loud people in that complex which makes it a breeze to hangout there
