The queue for the 70yrs and older, are being used by people younger the 70yrs...so whats the purpose of having the queue?Overall pleasant shopping experience!!

Love to shop there. Have a lot of stock, normally find what I need or use. Staff very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to assist you. I have back problems and its not easy to stand in a queue at the till, my only complaint.

Illumination is good and sanitizing of customers is excellent, try to have till for 10 or less items...I didnt see it.

They are always helpful and courteous, and assist very quickly.Sad thing is the mobility scooters are gone. Now I only shop there when absolutely necessary as Im wheelchair dependent. The mobility scooters made my shopping a dream, as they gave me independence. I now shop at President Hyper as they do have mobility scooters. I dont always have someone to assist me to push me around, in my wheelchair. PnP was always my favorite shop, now sadly I cant shop without having someone to assist me

Quick service delivery is always a pleasure to receive. We need more employees walking the rows because I can never see them when I need to find something but overall, the little that they have is superb

Shelves were empty no real cheese variations most of the Shelves needed to be restocked.Loud music playing at the entrance side where the charts are stored making experience unpleasant.

Good selection of products, but could use more, aisles are somewhat cramped and there are typically not enough cashiers, but, they do move fast. Overall good.

Very disappointing. Groceries display very confusing, although staff are helpful. Deli is almost non existant. General decline over 5 years.

The photo of the empty shelfs is the most accurate photo of a store ı have ever seen. Maybe just add one of people poking there heads into every lane of shelfs to see if what they are looking for is just maybe in that lane. Rice and pasta goes together 🤯

Always clean, but always busy. Struggling to keep the fresh produce (The 5 for a reduced price items) in stock levels. The rearngement of the store also makes it difficult, I just can not get used to it, it was very drastic. But I must say the staff is always helpful, and the rest is perfect.

The cashier are the best there. They sell fresh food. This shop will never disappoint. They just need abit of improvement in their kitchen. They sell old cooked chicken and is not nice and it cause diarrhea.

Of the two Pick n Pays in Carletonville, this is the better one. The other one is also good. But this one is better.

The few cents I spend extra does not come close to the frustration caused by most other retail outlets as theyre stock availability and limited ranges forces me to to run from one store to the next as where at P n P you can get all you need under 1 roof.

Shop is neat. There isnt a line for people with a few products. Otherwise very good deals.

Very nice and disability friendly. I personally like all the shops within and around Pick n Pay and I walk with crutches. Maybe if I am very lazy I will use a wheelchair.

No person at the cigarette counter??? Was very annoying to spend so long trying to get assistance. Otherwise not a bad shpping place.

Hand sanitizer devices dont work, half the staff arent wearing masks and there is no control with regards to social distancing. This is a big problem for these times. It made me feel uncomfortable and I didnt enjoy my shopping there. Signs at the entrances stating no mask no entry. Pathetic.

Pick n pay never has enough tellers open for the time of day. Always landing in a line that is long, have to wait between 10 - 20 minutes.
