Loved it! The name says it all. Plant 🌿 I. E. Plant based products /vegan. Had run past it two days prior and just knew I wanted to try them out. So glad I did. The setting is top notch, and the food was even better. Bennie and Harvey were amazing hosts being friendly, courteous and efficient. I dont think many people know about them yet so go while still quieter. 😊

Fantastic spot in Camps bay.You can grab something to take away and walk over to the beach or you can park off and enjoy a full plant based meal. Great for a date, a family or is you are flying solo.Friendly staff and great atmosphere.Parking: You can get parking most of the time in the parking lot in front of the Cod father (behind the Pick and pay). There is however always safe street parking available on the main street next to the beach. Once parked Plant is right inside the centre by the Woolworths. The second story view is great over the ocean.Support a local business that is providing something unique.

O my goodness. This place is soooo awesome. Food is absolutely delicious - I recently had the lasagna, best vegan lasagna ever!!! Of course the stunning beach view is glorious and just makes it the perfect place to be. 5 star plus 🥰❤❤❤👌🏽❤

Disappointing beyond belief.I called 3 times to make sure my booking for my birthday was sorted and the tables were organized.Me and my family get there only for them to be confused about the booking and scramble to push tables together.They knew it was my birthday and i had asked to make sure everything on the menu was available and ready.The nachos (which is the best) were off the menu because they didnt have stock , they wanted to buy us woolies nachos instead.They forgot our orders 3 times! No service in terms of checking up till i had to go fetch someone to sort out the table. Different glassware because apparently they only have 2 types of glasses of each type???The food was amazing as usual but the staff incompetent, either train them up or check on them OR GET NEW STAFF.Plant in town is the best place to be, great food and excellent staff, should have rather done my birthday there.

What a gem, amazing cafe with a balcony overlooking the beach. Very cheap prices too! Would highly recommend

I usually buy here alot as this is one of the vegan places food I enjoy but tonight I was really disappointed I ordered bao buns so while it was getting ready decided to go shop at woolworths saw another lady come in after me and ordered and they prepared her meal before mine even though I came in and ordered first she also was served before me so when I got back my meal was almost done after so long and flavorless lack of effort really dissapointed

Vegans corner! Nicely tucked away upstairs with a beautiful view of the ocean.However, too many tables on small balcony so end up sitting back to back with no social distance happening.What we ordered was fresh and tasty.Service a bit slow or should I rather say, laid back.

Great location for an amazing breakfast or lunch. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a joy to go to Plant @ Camps bay. Also you can go to Plant @ buiten street, there they have the same options as well as diner options

I had this amazing vegan boeuf bourguignon - absolutely delicious, a relaxed, modern space with an (as always) incredibly friendly, down to earth vibe with a touch of elegance. A wonderful place with such great people, I feel invigorated every time I visit :) 10/10.

Beautiful vegan restaurant by the sea. Expect great views, service with a smile and of course delicious plant-based food. Definitely try a vegan filled croissant! Highly recommend this eatery!

Great range of French style vegan options. Amazing vibe, great view, friendly staff. The carrot lox croissant is delicious, as well as their juices. Missing the lasagne though. Desserts can be sweeter and less healthy ;)

Was so excited to find a veg place but unfortunately found it a mixed experience. The food was not very fresh. Dumplings were the best thing we ate. The Bao sandwiches had nice flavour but were a little dry and needed a hoisin sauce or something extra. My gado gado salad weirdly came with rocket not iceberg, and the sauce was a thick paste and not something that could be used as a salad dressing. But the real issue was that the beanshoots were not fresh enough and tasted off. To their credit they acknowledged the problem when it was clear I’d hardly eaten any of it and refunded the cost. Koeksisters were also on the dry side. Coffee had a nice flavour.

Healthy and concisous eating could not be more delicious. Locate on the bustling strip in camps bay. Plant Cafe offers a range of honest, plant based meals. Their French style creps made with buckwheat are some of the best Ive ever tasted. Great selection of fresh juices, keen service and few indulgent sweet treats in their deli counter with definitely delight. Oh and yes its all vegan. Today we tried the home made burger and hot dog. So delicious and not a pre made soya product in sight. Love it, well done Pierre and Angela. Loving your new spot.

Highly disappointing. Smallest wrap ive had for a whopping R85!Was just avo and rocket, nothing special about it.So small that is would barely enough food for a small child, but at BIG price.Had to go to Woolworths across from your place to buy a wrap twice the thickness for R50 just to not feel hungry afterwards. Very very poor.Apparently extorting vegans for outrageous prices compared to the same meal for non vegans is a thing for vegan restaurant as well.Wont be back thats for sure.Plus the outside area was the nosiest place ive ever sat at.

Very disappointing delivery. Took over an hour and 20mins to arrive, the food was stone cold and sauce and food was all over the bag. This could be delivery partners fault (Uber eats), but the food didn’t appear to be ready until over an hour after ordering either. Food itself was just ok.

A great restaurant the food tastes amazing and the venu is superb, a great sopt to watch the sunset. The staff are friendly and the vibe is homely.
