Very Disappointing!!!!! Very poor customer service, incredibly rude when inquiring about invoice. Ridiculously expensive on labor and materials/products. Feel so ripped off and irritated. Will never make the mistake again. What they did was not rocket science and then they overcharged me. Receptionist/Account lady need to go on a course on how to relate to customers. Will never ever ever ever use them again!!! So unfortunate as I would like to support businesses in my area. AAGGGHHH!!!! If only I had the option of no stars.

Our pool pump packed up. Monte Vista Pools gage really quick service, friendly follow up and installed new pump in a day at a good price. Im very happy with the company. I will use them again any time for any pool needs.

I have been there a few times and i must say i have got good advice and very friendly help i will always go there for help with my pool.

Very disappointed as my pool filter was meant to be replaced today. No one has pitched as yet, neither has anyone communicated anything to me. There goes my Monday, public holiday pool party. 😕
