Do not buy a Aquanet cover as it shrinks after a a few years. Our net is only 6 years old and then when you contact Aquanet its your own problem....the only solution is to make a new cover! When we purchased the custom made net from Aquanet they did not tell us that if you take the net off in the summer and put it back on for winter it shrinks. I feel that the price you pay for the net should definetely should have more than a 5 year guarantee and the cover was custom made for our pool and now it does not fit anymore? This is truly unacceptable and I feel there has to be a better solution.

Very poor communication from the company at every step of the way getting my pool cover. I count at least 8 occasions/incidents. Expected more professionalism from the leader in pool cover manufacturers. The quality of the cover is still to be tested but looks good thus far and does the job well**UPDATE**A month later - Leaf Catcha cover looks good on my pool. Easy to put on and remove by myself. The roller makes for a neat storage option you must get. Quality still looking good. Saving ++ water and keeping majority of the leaves out (left some gaps the leaves are sneaking through). Poor communication as before - asked for a receipt after the installation... first time never got a reply. Second time was told it would be sent to me... nothing the past 3 weeks.

Extremely poor service. They had the wrong order even though it was clearly stated in the email I sent them. Had the wrong type of pool cover ready for me because they do not communicate within the company. Owner not available to chat regarding this and also not willing to chat regarding the price even though they made a mistake. Very disappointing serviceUpdate: I have yet to receive a response from Andrew with regards to my issue. Unlikely to use them again.

I had an exceptional experience with Auqua-Net recently.I took my net in for a repair. The next day I received a call that it would be replaced as my current net did not live up to Aqua-Nets expectations.This exceeded all my expectations. The company did this out of their own - how brilliant is that. By the end of the week i had a beautiful new net installedWOW thats a phenomenal customer experience!!!

I bought a pool cover with a 7 year guarantee. After 3 years seam going loose and some parts on top is breaking. Now I have to pay again to replace the cover. Why did I then go for the more expensive cover, as from my understanding the warranty is when you handle the cover wrong or chemicals to strong. Only asking, because not happy with quality of cover. Had no problem with the service when installing my pool cover, the issue is the after sales service.

Quick to receive quote from Amanda. On acceptance of quote, her response started lagging. I then canceled my quote to which receipt of cancelation was also not acknowledged. 2 weeks later I got an email following up on my quote. Will not recommend their services.

Aqua-Net pool cover ordered in a hurry early 2018 during water shortage. Very prompt to come out to Franschhoek to measure & then made & fitted in only 2 weeks. After 1 year it is still perfect condition after much use & very easy to take off & refit. 2 minutes to remove & 10 minutes to put back. Brilliant service, brilliant product & it really does save water.

Ive purchased more than 5 pool covers form Aqua-Net, everything went great, good quality and service until we ordered our next cover. Aqua-Net failed to send us an invoice with the correct details after multiple emails asking them to do so, only for them to then hand my company over to debt collectors for non-payment. Finally, after multiple phone calls and emails, we receive the correct invoice and settle the account. To this day (5 months later) I am STILL receiving notices from the debt collectors asking for payment, to 3 different email addresses and two cellphone numbers!! Ive done the polite thing and called them and requested they stop this however NOTHING has been done and Im sick and tired of being harassed. I think they should re-look their mission statement.

Could have been a 4 or even 5 star review, if it was not for the rude email I received for late payment.I paid in full for my pool cover on the day of delivery and then received a mail 2 weeks later instructed me to immediately pay up.This was corrected after I sent a scan of the card slip, but unfortunately with no apology. Poor show Aquanet finance!

Exceptional product & service. We have had a pool net cover installed 6 years ago and whenever we require assistance regarding net maintenance due to braai hot coals making holes, they would come out to remove the net, take away, repair, return and install. Fantastic service all-around.

After a terrible start due to poor communication at their office the General Manager contacted me and turned things around. The team that came out where professional , fast and very knowledgeable the product itself is the best I could find in SA and gives me the peace of mind that my child is 100% safe .

Initially a shocking experience. I emailed the cape town branch 4 times and got 1 reply. The rest were ignored. The aquanet started to disintegrate completely after less than 2 years. They wanted me to pay almost R3000 for a replacement.Following my original message I decided to ammend my statement following excellent service from the managing director. I was contacted by the managing director himself who kindly offered a refund ir replacement without charge. All in all a very satisfactory closure to this horrible experience. Thank you Andrew for your assistance. Accordingly I changed my 1 star to 4 stars.

The service and staff were geat but they took about 3 months to bill me!

We originally tried to contact them via the Internet on two occasions with no response!! Had to finally visit them personally to get some action! With all the run around we wrote down the wrong measurements which they never verified resulting in the incorrect item being delivered! Very poor communication in general & only adjusted our invoice for the final product when we had to visit their offices again? Still not sure if we got ripped off??

Took approx five days before the rep could get to me which I expected as they were so busy, he explained the procedure for fitting etc after we accepted his quote, after that it all went smoothly, we were kept in touch all the time and they delivered a week or so before schedule, stitching a bit skew but on the whole an excellent service and the cover has made a big difference to our water consumption

I requested a quote for a pool cover around 3 weeks ago ( today is 2017/03/24) An agent came round and measured up a few days later. Despite 3 follow up phone calls from me they have still not bothered to forward a quotation.
