Owner was very rude and arrogant after I purchased a vacuum hose and the connector was not attached. I phone the shop at 13h27 and he told me to come to the shop in a hour. He arrived a hour and half later very irritated passing a remark to another customer.

Ive been stuck twice over weekends needing pool supplies - and Amazon has been open. And had what I was looking for. It is a small, well provisioned shop with friendly service.

CONSUMERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.In late March 2018 I phoned this company wanting my geyser,s pressure valve,vacuum brackets,tp valve,thermostat and element replaced. They could not give an immediate quote as they had to come out first. A plumber came out. a Quote of R2200.00 cash (pensioners rate) was given.They replaced abovementioned and I paid R2200.00 cash as advised.Had to call them out again as the geyser was not working at all this time. The second plumber said I need and element. They would put in an element at extra cost. I thought all five items replaced hence the cost.Phoned the lady in charge of plumbing company who seems to have zero understanding of their charges to customers. I wanted to speak to the owner of the place and the lady told me that Mr Hendricks is on a business trip and he has no phone on him???????.Got a reputable electrician to put in element and thermostat at R1200.00Although I paid the plumber for a new thermostat it was never replaced. The thermostat was dated the same year the geyser was bought.MORAL OF THE STORY............ALWAYS ASK WHOEVER IS REPLACING/REPAIRING THINGS FOR YOU TO SHOW YOU THE NEW ITEMS THAT THEY ARE GOING TO PUT IN AND TO GIVE/SHOW YOU ALL THE OLD ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN OUT.ONCE AGAIN.......CONSUMERS BEWARE>>>>>>>>>>>>>
