One of the worst depots. They take their own time and not friendly staff at all.
UCD or United Container Depot is a container storage facility for the shipping industry. Situated in Paarden Eiland it is favoured because it is close to the port of Cape Town. The depot is however not the best depot as the access road is short and trucks can get fines for parking violations. The depot itself is mediocre in terms of performance and queues can quickly build and turn around time increase.
Great staff and people are very friendly, staff are eager to help and offer assistance, once again a tough industry but these guys make it look easy!
