Always reliable, definitely my go-to storage facility.

This storage has been good for storing my stuff regarding safety. Havent had issues with that. However, I am absolutely unimpressed with how I dont have the necessary access to the storage. The operating hours are inconvenient for the working individual. The storage closes at 17h00 during the week, and that is the time most working individuals knock off including myself. It opens on a Saturday but is closed by 14h00?!? Its closed on Sundays and on public holidays! Whos this storage really for? Before I knew the info mentioned above about the operating hours, getting a hold of them was a nightmare and impossible because they dont pick up the phone. Their hours are honestly ridiculous and are misrepresented online (including their website). Things were better when we had access until 19h00. That made better sense.

I am pleased with the service rendered by Stor Age City Vault. I can recommend it to others.

He seems to always make time for me.When I was looking for a storage unit, he was the most accommodating, warm and friendly person who phoned me from all the companies. He was the sole reason I decided to go with this company, seeing that I did not know any business from each other.On the day when I had to move my household into a unit, it was also discovered that I would require additional storage (only when we packed our unit), he was very accommodating knowing that we will only require this unit for a month. Well it turned out that we had to keep our second unit for longer and once again he was very accommodating.This guy is simply amazing!Hold on to him, he knows how to wow customers.
