With prices of the famous brands rising to ridiculous heights it is great to have Mr P Sports around. The N1 City staff were very helpful and friendly and I got what I was looking for at a great price.

Great variety of sport training equipment and clothing to choose from, including accessories. Good layout inside with ample space to move around with ease. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Every single staff member i engaged with from those i asked for assistance to the lady at the fitting room and the cashier were unfriendly, unhelpful (couldnt give advice on products) and it was almost as if customers were a nuisance and taking up their time. Im an avid shopper and this by far was the most strangest shopping experience. Generally you would meet 1 or 2 employees that were just off but here it was the whole lot. And not a single one greeted either. To me it seems like staff are just unhappy... Unhappy employees = unproductive employees.

I like that you can get most sport clothing and equipment at an affordable price. The outlet grants access to most people to also work out with the right clothing and apparel.

I like the vast variety of ladies takkies. Bought myself a pair for jogging and its a great fit and very light! The clothes are also to die for!! Lovely stuff on display 💕

I placed an order on the mrp app on the 9th of feb and opted for collection at mrp sport n1 city. Online, it says that the order will be ready for collection in 4-6days. Between the 13th of Feb and today (the 22nd) Ive been phoning mrp sport n1 city constantly an dthey keep telling me that my order has not arrived. This morning at 9:55am I called and the lady on the other end again told me that my order is not there. I was upset by this point so I called the mrp head office to find out where on earth my order is. The man who answered checked his computer and told me that my order had been delivered to mrp sport n1 city days ago, and I told him theres no way because I have been phoning and they have been telling me its not there, I even phoned them 5 min before I phoned him and they told me it isnt there . The man then proceeded to phone mrp sport N1 city and they told him that the order is there, basically making me look the fool. Only an hour after our call did my status on the mrp app say that the order is now ready for collection.This clearly shows that the staff at mrp sport n1 city clearly dont know whats going on in their store. I even almost bought a pair of water shoes there once and oy when I got to the till did I realize that the shoes were 2 different sizes and there were no others like that left on the shelf.Very disorganized

How Mr P has grown over the years. Store hold a wide range of items and they are really well stocked. Also see they are venturing into the outdoor market which is very exciting.Disappointed in the not so friendly service which was received from people behind the payment counter, but oh well.
