After researching numerous spas, Century Spa offered good value for money for a bit of a girls day outThe spa is hidden in one of the towers and was bright and airy when we arrived. Our treatment left our feet feeling refreshed and looking beautiful and our therapists were friendly and professional.Even though I went with regular polish, my Pedi still looked good two weeks later😍I cant wait to go back for a bit of spoil again💅🏽😉

My massage was nice but the customer service I experienced was bad. I will Definitely not go here anytime soon or recommend anyone to go here.

I was there for a fullbody massage on the 19/07/2021 and the place looks nice and the ladies know their work, but the smell of the towels was a total turn off it was like they were wet and heavy....I just wanted to get out of the place because I cant stand the dump smell...bearing in mind that we expect quality in century city

Professional, friendly staff. I in error booked the wrong treatment and they had no problem accommodating me in more or less the same time slot. Have to say, this was within 24 hours of my appointment. The massage was very good and I had a relaxing time afterwards in the lounge enjoying some of their herbal teas.

A lovely end to 2020, thank you both my daughter and I felt wonderful afterward. Really lovely staff too!

We return to this place every single time for all our treatments, including massages. Staff are very friendly, helpful and well trained. Their prices are reasonable and operating hours helps when you have a very late or busy schedule. The effort they make for loyal customers is SO worth it. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was hesitant to go after reading the reviews here and I believe reviews re very important for any business.I went in for two treatments, waxing and lashes.Here’s my feedback:Best waxing job I’ve ever had, Jennifer was an absolute star and very friendly! I’d recommend her to anyone.The lashes: I think they need to use better quality lashes that aren’t hard and thick as these tend to fall off quickly, are uncomfortable on the eyes and the glue really stings your eyes and is quite potent.

Hubby and I went for a full body massage today on 26/12/2018. I made a booking last Friday and when I call to confirm my appointment the phone just rang. No receptionist they only answer if they are available in between treatments. I finally got hold if thenon the day of my appointment only to hear that I not booked. Nevertheless she said I may still come at my supposedly appointment time. Had to wait for almost an hour before our treatment. The place is amazingly beautiful and relaxing but the massage was terrible. We were very dissatisfied.

Probably one of the best places you can go for a Guinot facial in South Africa! They are well-stocked in the various facials and always keep up-to-date with the latest offerings.The staff are well trained - the massages done as part of the facials are so good. They are very generous with the lotions and potions (as it should be!). Always go there for a facial when I am in town.I have not used them for everything else, such as manis&pedis so cant comment on that.Prices and treatment list are available on their website.

I came here for a mani/pedi. I have to admit that I was disappointed by the results of my treatments. My first impression of the therapist is that she was exhausted and a bit confused. My session started 25 minutes later than expected. My finger nails did not shine at the end of the manicure, the massages given lasted a good couple of seconds, although they were really good. I also feel like she rushed through the pedicure and not enough attention was given to my feet. I would have appreciated it if they had couches/chairs for those having mani/pedis done - I was on a massage bed, which made maneuvering very awkward for me. This was my first full mani/pedi experience, which just adds to the disappointment.

I had been here several times and had a lovely experience, but mothers day was disappointing. The facial was done simultaneously with the pedicure! In addition, the nail polish she applied was different to the colour I chose and it chipped the same day. It was really disappointing. Both therapists were frantic throughout the procedure just trying to get it done as they had other clients waiting. It was stressful and I wish I had gone elsewhere.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly. We had a 10min wait and they kept coming to tell us that they would be with us shortly, so we didnt mind. The rooms are clean and spacious, making it good for couples massages if you wish!

Decent setup but the person who saw to me was not very experienced.

After numerous last minute calls to spas, that was fully booked, I contacted century spa. The receptionist Watiefa, was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable of all the packages they had available. I requested a pamper day, for myself and my 2 girls, kids that are very weird when it comes to people touching them. Needless to say, Kutala, Thelma and Jennifer, were such accommodating therapist, that made my kids feels so pampered, and special, and most of all, at ease, that I cannot wait to return with my girls again.I would recommend century spa, to anyone that asks about our experience. From the massage, to the facials, mans and pedis, excellent and what a pamper day we had. Cherry on top, they really spoiled us with a few bites, and serves us in between our sessions.Thank you ladies, cannot wait to see you guys again 💖 Stay AWESOME XOXO

Made a reservation for my best friend and for the spa to organise breakfast for us...at the end of the massage ..there wasnt anything prepared. Also booked an Indian head massage... therapist thought I fell asleep and she stopped inbetween the massage. Dont think I will ever come to this spa again.extremely disappointed!!!!!

I visited today only and had a very bad experience in terms of spa/massage and the receptionist behaviour when complained.i had booked for 45 mins facial, 45 mins pedicure and 30 minutes neck,shoulder n back massage. 45 mins of pedicure ,the lady for 30mins removed the nail polish and put it on and only 20 mins of facial and asked me to leave the chair with mask on face and on towel. when i complained at the reception she countered by saying then what you were doing for so long in the room.i completely dont understand what kind of customer management is this. No shame, without apologising had the full fees . I WONT EVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.See the nail polish, it was applied before the facial.

Massage, manicure and pedicure was good, but the wax was by far the worst I have ever had. The lady who was their supposed waxing specialist was very unprofessional. She was on her phone at times while waiting for the wax to harden and kept cringing as she pulled off the strips. Also wasnt very good, so it hurt significantly more than usual.

Had the best time of my life!

Had a spa pedi with a foot peel. I was told their product was similar to Mediheel (which is what I requested), but it did not make much of a difference. The therapist was a bit lacklustre - not sure if she was just tired or sad. The space also lacked ambience - the treatment room I was in felt like an empty office space with a treatment bed, the decor was sparce, definitely something lacking and not at all like the pics online. Their range of nail colour was also limited.After, I received an email to say that I have been over charged by R75, which will credited on my next visit. Needles to say, there wont be one.By day 2, the nail polish on my big toe chipped. Overall disappointing, especially since I had used a Canal Walk Gift voucher that I had been given.

I send my uncle there on Friday ....Not a very nice experience wasnt nice at all he said. They expensive but dont do a good job would not recommend.

Dont EVER go to Century Spa in Canal Walk Shopping centre for your treatmrnts. I had the absolute WORST experience in the world with waxing and pain for hours on end where 3 different therapists tried to fix a total waxing disaster and had to cut the wax out with scissors. Spare yourself the pain and embarresment!!!
