So like I rock up to the store, I find the sneakers that I would like to buy and I locate one of the staff members to find me a size 8. He takes the shoe from my hand, roams around the shop and assists other walk-in customers while I stood there looking like Im thinking of a plan to steal from the shop. I go to him 5 minutes and asked him if he had found the size 8 I was looking for? He tells me that hes still attending to a customer, a new customer whom I saw walking in while I was standing there, and I told him to hand me the sneaker Ill just ask somebody else for assistance cos Im in a hurry. Only then he decided to attend to me. I left the store as he was going to the store room. I decided to go buy a more expensive shoe at Lacoste, Waterfront. Yes, I paid more, but their service is excellent and they are more customers centric.

Such an amazing store manager! He helped me to find a shoe I wanted that was on sale. When he told me that stores in the western cape do not have it in stock, he took the initiative to order me one from a place that did have stock. Such great service thank you!

Awsome service from - Sima Yeye.They didnt have the sneaker I originally wanted as it was sold out, but he promised me he would find other colour options in the same style and I would have a pair within 4 days. He went over and above hes scope of duty and sourced 3 alternatives all of which I liked - and delivery was within 3 days.Well done Sima - If only all customer services were as efficient and helpful as you were.
