I wish to commend Tosca for exceptional service excellence!After having heard that I was unable to source a particular sandal at their branch, she referred me to another branch and volunteered to collect it as it was close to the area which she resides in so that I may collect it at N1 City branch! Thank you Tosca for going beyond the call of duty! You are an absolute gem!! I hope management recognizes what an asset you are!!

Spoke to Tunisia, N1 city,time was 16.52 said i .must ph back in 5min,store closes at 17.00.no answer when i phoned at 16.57
