Very poor service and items

Sad when you are begged to come inside. The day you want to buy the door is closed in your face. Yet its not yet 7 closing time. Only to learn it was the manager. How rude. No apolog. Blue RouteThe same guy begged me a week before to come inside. Told him i will come wheni want to buy.Never ever i will set foot there.

Not sure if they sell rejects because we bought New Balanced when we washed the one the colour came off and the ones stiching came loose after only wearing the takkies three times,I took the one with the loose stiches back its been a week now and the manager didnt even bother to phone me back,I tried calling but their is no answer.I will never buy takkies their again and I would advice no one to purchase from them CHEAP REJECTS.

Went to Lace Up today at Vangate..the one staff memeber that helped us was supppper friendly and helpful and Im sure the rest of the staff crew are tooAwesome service. Awesome shoes👌

Great service, buy a pair of Converse shoes from lace up once a year. Staff are friendly and always helpfull.

Its been more than a month and Im still waiting on feedback about the rejects you sold me!!! Pathetic!!!

Horrible service and bad attitude from Tokai store manager. I called in 10 mins ago for a shoe and was told by the manager that he would hold it for me. I got to the store within 10 mins only to be told by the very same manager that “cash is king” and he sold it... really! Why not just tell me he couldn’t hold it... why let me come all the way... thanks for nothing Laceup Tokai!!!

I bought a Nike similar to the air max on the 25 July 2015 paid R1100 for it i had the takkies on twice and returned it back to the store in Vangate Mall on the 7 August 2015 with the glue at the front of the shoe on the side that came loose when i get to the store 1 of the manages tells me we can either take the shoe to a shoe maker to fix it or we can send it away back to Nike and get a approval it will take up to take 3-4 weeks and once its been approved i can take anything else to the same value i then advised that if i wanted a shoe maker to fix my shoes i would go buy shoes in Bellvile I paid for takkies a sum of money and i expect good quality i am really unhappy and up until today 09 September 2015 i have still not gotten a approval when i asked my Girlfriend to call the lady at the desk said she will call her boss and find out whats happening and get back to me at 4pm
