Poor quality sandals. Bought a pair of Havaianas on this store on the 08 January 2021.but today Im sandal less they broke yesterday when I went to the store on the 6th of March I was told by the rude guy working there that its wear and tear he cannot teach me how to walk properly. My advice avoid havaianas especially from that store.

Bad service. Wanted to replace my broken pair where the front strap broke that morning leaving me shoeless. Common problem with Havaianas. The staff wouldnt help me because they were not open yet. Yes they were not open but the staff were inside sitting down chatting and watching me through the window. Could have had a new sale and a happy customer for less than 5 minutes of effort but it seems that doesnt matter to them.

This shop is so unprofessional and lies they said the slippers have life time guarantee I had slippers before lock down and it broke and it was new couldnt change it until now and they couldnt change it for me

Dissapointed lasted less than 40 days then toe strap started popping out...yes I wore them everyday coz it was hot and I was on holiday...the toe strap needs to be strengthened...this has happened to me before ...after you spend 300 rand you would expect it to last longer...the toe strap looks like R30 pep store slops???very very dissapointed...sad..38 days...that could impossibly be one of the most expensive price per day foot items
