My wife order one size and they pack her a different size suddenly. When she returns it, the guy keeps accusing her of taking the wrong one but he put it in the bag. They keep blaming her but ironically they had her correct size next to them. Eventually we demanded a refund after a big fight.

Finally went in for a new pair of crocs... even managed to get a few jibbits

One of the staff he was very rude. We took our shoe back To store a month ago Buttom of the shoe rubber came loose. He said that some one pulled it off.

Helpful friendly staff. The shoes itself was a good investment for my 4 year old who usually destroys shoes in a month

Very bad customer service at Tygervalley, I just bought six pairs online, went to the store to see what else they had. Walked in I had to ask for assistance while the two staff members was having a fat conversation looking our way but not assisting. Once they assisted it was very off putting. We asked for sizes and was told there was no size 5, making it clear they do not want to help or assist. Other customers was all told about the special of purchasing two and getting a percentage off. We were not assisted in the manner I know Crocs Employees always assist like in Somerset West. Utter pathetic service at Tygervalley. Knowing the standards Crocs employees work to. This was below it.

I bought 3 sandals a week ago, it was on the 3 for 2 on sale. The sandal which was for free, was for my son. The first time he wore the sandal, it broke in between the toes. I then contacted crocs tygervalley and the lady told me that I can come in to store and have it exchanged for the exact same pair but cannot be exchanged for a different sandal or refund. I then went to the store today and was told by the staff there that it has no value it was basically for free and that the exchange will not happen. I was so furious .I said that whether it was free or not it definetly should not break within a few hours of wearing it. They just did not care. I will never ever buy from crocs again. The service at this store is terrible. They choose who they want to assist.

Only visited this store on Tyesday because of theirv50% off sale and found a pair of men slip on shoes marked at R199. Store staff took shoes and ripped off price label claiming it was incorrectly priced and refused to sell it. Really shoddy and unprofessional store.

Super friendly staff, store was empty so the staff memeber was happy to chat while I tried to pick out the perfect pair as a gift, I learnt a lot about the product/products along with new upcoming ones, when I asked questions they didnt skip a beat answering them, which is amazing that someone has so much knowledge of something they selling or even to try other stores they own for what I wanted, I ended up buying a pair at the shop where in detail was explained about the return/exchange policy (always good to know if the product is a gift to someone). Was very impressed by the maturity, knowledge and friendliness of the staff memeber and if I ever need to buy some crocs or any of their other products I will definitely go back to the store, was a great experience and they know how to get you to buy something (in a good way). Experience 10+ will do again!

There was a variety of all the shoes they sell at the moment, im not speaking about the old or old range specials. They have more stock available than Canal Walk. The health workers can get at the moment I think 30% off! Thanks to Crocs🙋

Truely great service. Staff greated ua with a smile. Went out of their way to help us. And shop was fully stocked. Products just very expensive
