I was at the store on 25 March 2021 and I did not have a great experience.While I was struggling to find a pair of shoes in my size, I was not offered help until I got to the till to pay, needless to say I was the only person in the store. Upon needing to return the shoes 2 days later, the salesman tried to convince that I did not in fact have to exchange the shoe as apparently the shoes become flatter and longer the more they are worn. Thankfully, I was wearing a pair of my 7 year old Havaianas and showed the salesman that this was in fact not the case. The new shoes I bought wear marked as the same size as my 7 year old pair, but was significantly shorter than my older pair. I found this odd and therefore had to exchange my shoes for a bigger pair.I am appalled that the salesman was not even willing to exchange my shoes and actually tried to convince me that I was delusional about what fit on my foot.It is my right to exchange my shoes as per store policy. I am not sure as to why I was met with such hostility.
Such bad service. They are so unprofessional really.....There were no pricing on the shoes and it took around 30 minutes to purchase one pair. And rude, gosg
Very disappointing experience in the store on Tuesday afternoon. The shop was overcrowded with 10-15 people in the store, while they are meant to only have 5 in store as per COVID restrictions and the notice on the storefront wall. I raised the issue with the male employee who was sanitising hands that he shouldnt let more people into the store or should only allow one person per party into the store, and he got very rude and defensive stating he cant stop people going into the store. Which is completely obsurd - I was a paying customer and was squished like sardine in the store while there was an entire family in the store watching one member shop for flip flops. I understand the shops are busy this time of year - but theres no excuse for breaking health and safety protocols and I hope this doesnt continue.
I went to exchange brand new shoes, but first needed to phone their Head Office to get them to send an email to the store to assist me as I was referred point blank to the Head Office by the store manager. Well done to Jody are Head Office who assisted me and communicated with the store and myself with regard to the exchange.
WARNING..The toe strap broke after 2 months...then I went to the store after lockdown ..so it was 5 months after I bought them...then they said it a warranty and NOT a guarantee ...pathetic con .backdoor escape route
