The staff are very helpful and well informed and know their stuff regarding fitting shoes.they stock Sketchers, Hotters and Clarks shoes amongst other well known brands. They also offer scotch guarding. Will visit there again.

Durasole. Sold me a pair of shoes which were fetched from the back (size) - when I took them back I was accused very sternly of having worn them. Perhaps this is what their other customers do? They know how to resole and reheel and how to charge. But rudeness of that degree (from the woman) will keep me away for the rest of my life. When I emailed them to say how offended I felt, no answer. They do not deserve customers.

Great business with good range of quality shoes and other services to boot!

I took a pair of good quality boots to them to repair a zip. Was told to come and collect them. Did this, got there and they had given my shoes away. They hand the shoes to an orphanage if people dont come to collect them in 6months to a year. However this was 3 weeks later. They just gave my boots away without my consent or knowledge.

Phenomenal service. I was greeted in a welcoming manner and attended to straight away. I knew what I wanted before I got there, and they had the shoes in stock, and in many sizes. They gave advice in terms of the sizes and what I should be feeling with the shoes, and also offered the advice of foam soles to help with being in between sizes. If I ever need these types of shoes again, and Im in Cape Town, Id be heading straight to Durasole. Highly recommended.

I waited months for my repairs to happen and initial communication was not good. But understanding that this is a family business that prides themselves in delivering quality that, as I was told, no one else can offer, and agreeably so, I will without a doubt go back for any leather product I attach value towards. In the end, this family proofed to be the most friendly and quality delivering business I can think of. I mostly appreciate the outcome of something I thought did not start off well. Once one do not have good expectations, much credit must be gained if client still walks away very happily and with much appreciation. I will without a doubt go back and also refer anyone to Durasole.
